GET IT! World or no world title, Olympic or no Olympic title doesn't matter. I have a Gold and Silver in Double Mini Tramp from Hannover 2003. What I can tell you sir from what I've learned, is that it's what you do after. Titles are amazing, but how you can share your experience, and help others that will fill the void once you retire. Having a PLAN when all is said and done is the hardest part. I transitioned to performing with Cirque and other companies, but there was still a void that is left. I hope you have a plan too! Rhys, I was there in the arena in Antwerp for finals, and your pommel horse was the most beautiful gymnastics I have ever seen. Your journey has been inspirational and helpful to my own mental health struggles. Enjoy your journey going into the next Olympics, you are an incredible human being!
It's great you got off social media leading into your second world championship title. Doing that kept you focused on something you've been working on your entire life. I suggest doing the same for the Paris Olympics. Watching you grow as an athlete and pursue your dream is significant. Good luck this summer!

I know this must be a very random comment but the other night I was watching my tv before going to sleep and a video of your vids came up so I clicked on it and I was reflecting on my gymnastics journey because I went to rathgail and stuff and I would be there till 9,10 at night so when you won your Olympic title my granda has been like “****** you used to do some gymnastics training with him” cause I’d do circuits in like 2017,2018 with you lot around then. anyway thought I just say this but it’s so random 😂😂

Your videos gives me a sense of calm and relaxation.. Your voice tone... the music choice.. Would you be willing to share some more personal content? I would be very interested in knowing what you enjoy at life other than sports.. how you fill your free time.. the games you play... siblings? the dog... everything.. if not gymnastics, what else would you have followed?

I agree with this. I think max is still the favourite next year. It won't suprise me if it's max 1st and Rhys second. I think they are the two best pommel horse specialists right now.

From the comments, it sounds like we all like you maybe more than you like you? Consider maybe "we" have the right of this? Bottom line: few of us can be the best person we'd like to be.
