Best shrub for autumn colors. I think that the one you call "Grace" it´s actually "Old fashioned" cultivar.

They do have amazing colour! We are 100% sure that it is the "Grace" cultivar however, but thank you for your thoughts :)

Just found you! What about verticillium wilt? I’ve just removed stems from the front part of my cotinus Grace where the leaves ended up looking like rolls of brown paper! I’m wondering if I slice through the root, if I might be able to save the back section which so far (early October) is still looking good and starting to take on its autumn colour. Any views? PS I coppice this every spring.
