    Folks, despite my lack of a "Hollywood" video presence, I hope y'all will find this helpful. I truly feel this is the finest 70ish HP tractor on the market, and it was hard not to say "awesome" over and over! Questions? Comments? Please add to this thread. No Trolls PLEASE!

      the only thing I really suggest moving forward, is labeling video a little different. Maybe " Kioti RX7320 RX 6620 Overview" I think you are missing alot of possible views, because of how people search for items and videos. maybe work on key words in title a bit. great video by the way. one of the reasons I bought mine.

    Thank You, Thank YOu, Thank YOU! Starting in March of 2020 I started to get the idea I needed a different operating system here on our 80 acre ranch near Cody, WY, other than using a old MF35 & old JD630. Lots of choices out there in the 50-60-70 hp range. Sat at the computer and UA-cam'd a lot of time scrounging information on what would best be the practical application for the right $$,$$$.00 Kioti seemed to take the lead on what just might work for the money. Then on 26 May stopped by a dealership n Worland, WY. Went in and indicated what applications/functions I need accomplished. I was led to the RX7320 Powershuttle Cab and the DK6010SE HST Cab. Kicked the tires of both .... ran all the controls .... then thought .... what would Tim-the-Toolman-Tailer do ...... and opted for MORE POWER! Should becoming in the next day or 2 after our roads dry out after 2.3" of rain in 18hrs. So .... after Bookmarking this intro long ago .... decided to refresh my memory of it's operation so not to be toooo much of a duff-us when getting on the ranch and showing the better-half how to operate it. Have needed a better tractor and additional implements for sooooo long .... that the project list may be accomplished sometime next spring. Yep .... and old man experiencing like being a Kid-in-a-Candy-Store once again!

      Thanks Marshall Kirby. Folks, I am obviously not in the habit of recommending other Kioti Dealers, but New Englanders need to know that Marshall Kirby’s Orchard Hill Farm Equipment is a Kioti Store of the first order. They get my stamp of approval.

    Just bought RX6620 cab, with grapple and quick hitch on rear. Installed a hydraulic top and tilt. 10 hrs about .6-7 gal per hr.
    Have to run at high rpm to keep from regen.
    So far no problems, great power and will lift some heavy logs. Tilt is great for crowning the roads and grapple is a real time saver.
    Go video.

    We'll Mike I went ahead and bit the bullet. Nick told me they are going to try and deliver the RX7320 we discussed a few weeks back sometime this week. I suppose I ended up being one of those who traded in a tractor after 2 years though. I've been so pleased with my DK series but the time was right to make the move to a bigger a tractor. Hope you are doing well and hopefully I will be on an RX this weekend! 🚜😁

    Mike, I've been watching and enjoying your channel all summer. I'm a science teacher and cattle and hay producer down in TX, and I ran across your channel earlier this summer when I was researching Kioti tractors. I've been searching off and on this year for a used tractor to complement our hay and cattle operation. This week I ran across a pretty good deal on a low hour 2015 Kioti RX7320 similar to the one you recently bought. I'm seriously considering purchasing it. As a relatively new tractor dealer, why did you choose Kioti as a line? We have run JD, CNH (International Harvester, too), Zetor, and Kubota over the years. I'm looking for a loader/ brush clearing tractor to complement my older Deere haying tractor. Are the hydraulics as good as I hear? Also, we get a lot of 100 degree days down here in the summer when we are doing tractor work. How well does the HVAC work on the Kioti cab? I've heard of some bad experiences with Mahindra ACs, and I had some bad experiences with older Zetor and Kubota ACs. There isn't anything much more frustrating than a cab tractor with a poor AC system. Thanks for posting videos for us outdoor and farming folk. I look forward to your response. I've been researching Titan implements and attachments, too. Would you recommend there 4-in-1 bucket? Also, I'm looking for parts support. Do y'all regularly ship parts?

    Looks like a nice machine. If i had the acreage I would have one. I have a CK which i love for small chores. But if i ever need a bigger tractor this one is on my list, this or the NX. I do plan on doing hay in the future independently( do some with my dad) This would be a good machine for hay all around.

    • @LSE_TRACTOR
      @LSE_TRACTOR  6 років тому +1

      Shiawassee Hobby Farmer, we get many folks that look at both the NX and the RX. The NX has a HST available which can be appealing, but the RX is heavier, which can also be appealing. Often times it is a tough call.

    • @shiawasseehobbyfarmer4844
      @shiawasseehobbyfarmer4844 6 років тому

      ya, i will say before my CK i never used a HST and never cared for them "thought they were like a lawn mower control" boy was I wrong. I grew up on old 60s 70s and 80s tractors that were all manual most often with unsynchronized gears. The HST is nice option

    Questions regarding the operation of the power shuttle on hilly/mountainous terrain...
    Suppose you are stopped on a steep hill, engine running, nose pointing straight up the hill. Must you brake to remain stopped or will the shuttle hold you in place while it's in the neutral position?
    Now suppose you want to move forward up the hill... What is the sequence of clutch, brake, and shuttle operations to change gear (different range or speed) and move forward up the hill? If the brake is involved, must it be released gradually only as the tractor begins to move forward in order to prevent the tractor from rolling backward first? Is the sequence different if you don't need to change gear? Regardless of whether the gear must be changed, is it possible to cause excessive wear or damage to the clutch or other components in this situation (for example if the selected gear was too high for the slope or throttle was set too low)?
    Is there any difference if the nose is pointing down the hill and you want to back up the hill? Is there any difference when in 2wd vs 4wd? Any dependencies on traction conditions?
    Now suppose the tractor is heavily loaded and you are descending the steep hill (either forward or reverse) at an arbitrary speed (sane or otherwise). What is the sequence of clutch, brake, and shuttle operations to come to a stop? What is the sequence to change direction? Change range or gear? Is there a period wherein the transmission is in neutral or clutch is disengaged such that the tractor gains speed? Is there any risk the transmission will not engage the next gear/range/direction, or the clutch will not re-engage? Is it possible to cause excessive wear or damage to the clutch or other components in this situation?
    Is a manual shuttle better suited to these scenarios? If yes, why?
    Is a hydrostatic transmission better suited to these scenarios? If yes, why?
    From what I've read in forums, an HST (hydrostatic transmission) is better suited to navigating hilly terrain and (if true) I would get an NX6610 with HST and wouldn't be so concerned about the details of the shuttle transmissions... But for most of the work I would like to do, the larger RX series tractors, with shuttle options only, are more suitable.
    Note that I'm as much (if not more) interested in reliability/longevity concerns as I am in operational concerns. I've gotten by with a Ford 851 powermaster (2wd w/ good clutch but touchy brakes) in these scenarios, and so have become pretty proficient with dual brakes, clutch, and non-synchro transmission.... but hoping that tens of thousands of dollars will buy me something not so hard on my nerves. :-)
    Thanks in advance... I know these are very detailed questions that will be a pain to answer comprehensively and clearly, but I haven't been able to find the info elsewhere, and I'm sure many folks have similar questions.

    • @johnkeelan9685
      @johnkeelan9685 4 роки тому +1

      You do have to break. Depending on how steep the incline, even on a hydro you are apt to need to break as well. minor inclines or declines you man not with a hydro but, yes with a shuttle. Its not quite like a full size wheel loader with a more automatic style transmission.

    I would not recommend this tractor. We have a 2015 rx7320 open station. The thing has around 400 hours and been to the shop about 6 times. Kioti is terrible for covering their warranty had to fight with them and still ending up paying. The local dealer is terrible too. I have had many electrical issues, shifter problems, engine was smoking, and now the loader doesn't work. If you are gonna be using the tractor regularly go buy a good name brand tractor. I'll stay new Holland or ford from here on out. Kioti needs to step their game up.

    • @LSE_TRACTOR
      @LSE_TRACTOR  6 років тому +5

      B&C Farms New Holland or Ford? Ford makes tractors? As to New Holland, you mean Fiat. Fiat owns New Holland now. So your local dealer sucks, and you choose my forum to voice your opinion? Go haunt someone else’s house.

    • @bcfarms1660
      @bcfarms1660 6 років тому

      Larry Stovesand Equipment Just trying to keep other people from getting screwed on one of these tractors. This isn't a "bulletproof" tractor, far from it. This is an opinion from someone who has used the tractor in the field not a salesmen. Also ford did make tractors for years? We've run ford and NH tractors the whole time we have been farming and the kioti has been in the shop more than all of our tractors combined. As far as NH being owned by fiat, it's kinda bad that fiat can make a better tractor than kioti then lol

      I have had no problems with my rx 7320 power shuttle cab creeper. I love my tractor. perhaps you had a crappy dealer. This is one of the least complained about tractors in this class on other online forums. It does great for me.
