Love how that turned out!!! The grain exposed along the edge by the Kutzall Disc is spectacular. It definitely gives it a great look for the viking carving......super job!!!

So cool. Today I went dumpster diving for 3/4 inch cedar boards. ended up with about 20 big sign size boards.

Have you tried beating it with have chains to make the wood look stressed?
I heard and seen ppl do that and it looks awesome... Like old beaten wood.
You could also take some small really small rocks and spred them around the board, then put another board on top and kind if roll them around so it makes dents in the wood.
Just a tip...i can be fun 😊
