Ingredients:
1. Milk 3 cup
2. cinnamon sticks 2 pieces.
3. lemon rind from half of a small lemon.
4. sugar 1/2 cup
5. cornflour 1/2 cup
6. all purpose flour 1/4 cup
7. egg 1 piece
for sugar mix:
1. sugar 3 tbsp
2. cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp

আপু, আপনার রেসিপি গুলো অনেক ইউনিক হয়। একটু ব্যতিক্রমী। খাবার টেবিলে দিলে মানুষ ২য় বার জিজ্ঞাস করে এটা কোথায় শিখেছো? অথচ হাতের কাছের উপকরণ দিয়ে সব গুলো তৈরি করা হয়,শুধু মাত্র টেকনিক অন্য রকম। আরও একটা জিনিশ না বললেই নয়, আর তা হল আপনার ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশন। এটা বাংলাদেশের যত গুলো রান্নার ইউটিউব চ্যানেল রয়েছে সেগুলোর মধ্যে বেষ্ট। well done apu... keep it up... শুধু একটা সাজেশন দেয়ার ছিল, ভিডিও ডিউরেশন যদি আরও একটু কম হত তাহলে একদম পারফেক্ট হত।

Its something that can be tried at home, its something away from traditional bangla dessert. The only question I have is - while the creation of cinnamon sugar, you used cinnamon powder , hence do you really have to use that amount of powder ? Since I beleive that amount powder would have a strong aroma.. correct me if I am wrong. All the way its a good dish to cherish , specially on a weekend.

No, you don't really have to use the amount I used of the cinnamon powder. And yes it will have a strong aroma which actually compliments this dessert. But you can surely use some less cinnamon if you like, it was just my preference to use a little extra bit 😊😊 Also thank you very much for your nice compliment.
