Hi sir, I want to clarify if the supervisors only prefer students with >3.5 GPA in bachelor's...even though ususally universities state cut off is 3.00.

Mostly, the skype interview is for the supervisor to get to your better.
They can possibly ask you about your research experiences and somethings that are written on your CV.

They are both good..
With thesis, you can get funding...
Would it be a good idea to contact potential supervisors for coursework/non thesis based masters?
Most non-thesis based programs don't require supervisor before you apply.
You can apply right away if you meet the admission requirement

I did not have any project at hand. For masters, the supervisor mostly have funding for a particular project. They introduce you to the project for the most part. It is at the PhD level that students are mostly required to write project proposal

Masters applicants If you apply for biology majors like microbiology, biochemistry, genetic engineering and bio-technology, molecular biology, plant medicine, herbal medicine, environmental science in which city and biological university in Canada, are you more likely to get an offer letter? ?? Tuition fees are better if they are affordable. How is the opportunity to do a part-time job besides studying biological subjects? What are the job opportunities after studying biological subject???

You can apply for another masters, and after one year, you can switch to PhD...Depending on funding availability though....

I have 3.2 gpa and 8.5 ielts yet i am scared contacting a professor asking for supervision and finds because i come from a poor country and can’t afford everything alone even after working as TA. Is it okay to ask for funds/scholarships directly to my supervisor or should i ask for this in my application?
Your funding normally come with admission if you apply for a research program
What if the potential supervisor ask special question like my research background do I need to start with self introduction or focus on their specific question

Yes you can. But you need to look out for Thesis or research masters. There is no scholarship for course based masters.

There are cases where people are denied visa despite full scholarship.
It's optional to add extra POF when you have scholarship. But I will recommend it
