Usually the size tag is one of the first pics they ask for. Just because they didn’t comment on anything else, doesn’t mean the only thing that failed was the size tag. They flag the shoe as soon as they see the bad tag
I understand your concern. To clarify, what happens if a sneaker company produces a shoe with a bad tag, but the shoe itself is authorized? In this case, people may try to resell the shoe as it is legitimate, but the company's standards and operations may fail. Don't you think there should be a clear distinction between unauthorized and authorized products? Currently, they seem too similar, which can be confusing.
leather is not correct and the tongue is off as well as the stitching on the jordan square logo. Ebay uses 3rd party authenticators from all around. Fakes rarely pass but if the buyer does a check check and it fails they will get their money back and the seller could be banned depending on if the account is new or not. I’ve bought and sold many pairs off ebay and all the pairs they authenticated have passed the legit app authentication. There is no issue with people buying or selling reps but selling reps as authentic is just unethical
Thank you for your assessment. However, when it comes to buying authorized sneakers, their methods of operation must be foolproof. Even one mistake could cost thousands of dollars. While I don't see anything inherently wrong with people selling fake sneakers if their products pass legit checks, wouldn't that be a result of their incompetence?

Never wear fake, never will. Cos I’m a simple honest guy.
And what do you do to make sure that doesn't happen?
The leather on your pair isn't even tumbled...Granted, it's a roll-on tumbling but these legit look like the first gen GX batch: dogshit.
Thank you for being transparent. Is there a better batch?
