IOC has always felt slightly overhyped to me but I will never deny how awesome the 3 boss monsters are. Overall I'm loving these 25th Anniversary reprint boxes and I hope Konami continues doing this for other sets in the future.
but do the reprints affect the prices of the originals? i just pulled out some old cards and wanted to sell some of my og secrets like jinzo and vampire lord and put em towards whatever cards my daughter wanted
@@xthescootermanxnot really because the reprints don’t get graded as original 2002 prints, even the reprint from 2010-17 that looked very similar to the original cards still get graded as a reprint. These are just good for nostalgic experience
I still wish they would have included 25th anniversary rares in these boxes. Would have been a bigger selling point for me. Still great to be able to open these classic sets though
The chaos cards are definitely the standout cards from this box for me; I remember when the chaos cards hit the field as a kid, it was probably the most terrifying thing to see.
I never thought I would feel the nostalgia of opening the old school sets ever again, but with these anniversary sets, I can get that feeling back without the guilt of having one less vintage pack in the world
Invasion of the chaos is the best one by far imo. These reprint sets are cool for nostalgic reasons and surprisingly they sell really well in the stores, especially LOB.
The secret rare and foil print is so majestic on classic cards. The Blue Eyes, Black Luster Soldier, Solemn Judgment and Dark Magician of Chaos. Amazing!
Such an amazing set and it takes me back to my childhood watching it being opened! I remember wanting the DMOC so bad back then and still have never pulled one
This is by far my favorite set. I got three booster boxes and kept pulling invader of darkness instead of CED and I couldn't even pull a single BLS. Really unfortunate luck, given the fact that I could even pull a DMOC and those are literally three cards I wanted the most out of all boxes closely tied with Jinzo which I at least managed to pull :)
Invasion of Chaos is such an incredible set. So many cool and iconic cards. I've loved watching you open all these reprint sets, its been incredibly nostalgic.
I love this set so much. It was one of my favorite old sets just because it gave us so many fun cards to use in older formats like the BLS guy, and dark magician of chaos. Soooooo good
I remember pulling my BLS and DMOC. I bought the box to get DMOC and stumbled on the BLS and it was my favorite card ever. That one holds a special place in my heart.
I've always liked invasion of chaos because it brings iconic cards like the dark magician of chaos, the black luster soldier and the emperor dragon, it's hard to believe that dimensional fusion hasn't come out in so many packs, I hope it comes out on the livestream.
I definitely liked the idea of bringing these old booster boxes back for a 25th anniversary and would love for them to keep doing stuff like this in the future. And as much as I hate combos that don’t let your opponent play, the artwork for the chaos cards are so iconic and love them regardless, especially chaos emperor dragon.
Only people that would hate old pack releases are those that have old cards. Original anime and GX were peak so now less and less people join this hobby. If I was a new person wanting to get into this then something like these 25th releases are perfect. I can watch anime and collect some iconic cards too. It's a card game. Many people are ready to pay some cash for a hobby. Thing is no one is going to pay hundreds for old cards. I personally don't care if it's Black Magician from 2000 or from newer releases. I just would like to have these cards in my collection.
Invasion of Chaos was one of my favorite sets growing up. I still remember pulling CED and not fully understanding how powerful it was but thinking the artwork was so cool (and it still is!.
I think that it’s great for older players that feel like there’s an accessibility problem with modern Yugioh but would like playing GOAT format again with some fresh cards and opening packs like ole times. I don’t really care for the reprints from a collector’s perspective, but the secret rares look really nice, especially the chaos emperor dragon :)
I think reprinting old sets is so cool, secret rares look better and are easier to get in boxes and it’s just a cool throw back to those who were kids and couldn’t get whole boxes bow. IOC has surprisingly weak fouls outside of the big 4 of them. Shocked you didn’t complete the set in a single case
If I'm being honest, the reprints are fun to open and for collection, but that's where purchase reasons end. You can get the best box, with the best hollows and the secret and you still won't break even.
I think you mentioned it in one of your other videos, but I agree that it's so awesome to have entire box reprints of these first sets. You could only get sealed product packs at a time, unless you wanted to spend several thousands on seal boxes. I think it was a win that they created the 25 year specials. I think what makes these reprints the best is it has the "new" rarity pull rule. I can't think of what it's called, but it used to be that the rare (silver name) cards took the place of a super, ultra, and secret in a pack. Now, the super, ultra, and secrets are obtained independent of a regular rare card.
The GOAT set of the original DM sets! Never could pull either Envoy boss monsters back in the day, but Chaos Sorcerer always got me through duels when it came out. Overall I’m loving this set series
I am so glad they released this set, so I can have another shot at pulling Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End and Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning
I think that reprinting the booster boxes are fun for those that couldnt open the original! Havent been able to afford one yet, but its a really neat option Konami gave!
IOC is a crazy strong set, and its artworks are gold! Not a fan of the look of the newer card templates but I think it's probably better for collectors so we can easily distinguish the older versions from these new ones. I still think it is pretty cool to be able to open IOC just like in the old times though
IOC is still my fave all time set. I love that they're reprinting these and making them available again. Plus the reprints look so good! The secret rare looks so good on stuff like CED.
With this reprints i loved that the, no matter ratios, we can have a secret pero box and no the risk of not pull one. The secret rarity look gorgeous and to much supers and ultras look pretty good.
Love IOC. I remember pulling Dark Magician of Chaos out of a single booster when I was a kid. With all the thousands of reprints pulling a card like DMoC feels not that special anymore. But it still brings back good memories.
IOC was arguably one of the greatest sets ever released. I like that they are rereleasing the old sets, the Secret Rares look great and it makes the nostalgia cards more accessible to old school collectors and newer collectors too. My personal favorite cards from IOC are Black Luster Soldier Envoy of the Beginning and Dark Magician of Chaos. If pulling multiple CEDs, BLSs, and DMOCs is bad luck then I will take that bad luck all day.
My younger self is thrilled to see all the first booster boxes that were released got reprinted. It’s been a huge rise of nostalgia for me as well as introducing my kids to the game as well.
I pre ordered 1 box of each of the reprints except lob and I am more into the meta game and tournaments now.. debating if it’s worth opening these or selling them
I've been getting back into yugioh after not playing since I was younger. I came across one of your videos recently and I've been watching nonstop. The invasion of chaos opening reminded me of opening packs with my brother when we were kids. The art in these cards is so clean and so nostalgic
I really like the reprint boxes, I just wish they had but a 25th stamp or something on The cards to set them apart from the other reprints and the originals.
While I really don’t like another reprint due to it impacting the value on all the other cards, I do like that this gives us a chance to open the first boxes without having to break the bank and bring back memories as well.
It's gonna be weird to say this, but my favorite card from this set is "Hyper Hammerhead". As a kid, it's the card that sorta got me into dinosaurs! Dinos are my favorite deck to this day!
For me IOC is the most needed reprints of all the 25th anniversary edition. It was released in 2004 but in my country it arrived only in 2007 in a limited run, and so I've never opened a booster pack of it. Also definitely a killer set
I love that they're doing this, I wish they did it more often. Don't bother with 'reprint sets' just reprint the actual sets lol. One thing I kinda wish they had done is boost the rarities of certain cards. Like, keep the original pull rates but then add in Ultimates in the style of GX, or a starlight/25th ann. version of the two secret rares. Something like that to make the packs feel a little bit more fresh and provide more reason for opening a lot of these beyond just nostalgia.
I do love these old sets. I just got my LOB and MRD box, it felt a bit weird to open such classic sets but the pulls were amazing and definitely worth the experience. Now if only somebody wanted to play with these old cards
I think that IOC as well as the others reprints are amazing. Allows newer fans, such as myself, to open legacy packs without having to pay an arm and a leg
It makes me feel like a kid again since they reprinted these sets! If I had the money, I'd buy one of these boxes to open with my son so he can experience the greatness!
I have opened up more booster packs of invasion of chaos from the Walmart mystery power boxes than Dark Crisis and Legends of blue-eyes white dragon, the best card I pulled from that set was the invader of chaos!
25th anniversary I feel was a refreshing reprint set for sure. Some of those reprints were getting a bit out of hand price wise with them also only being a couple years old.
Love this set, easily my second favorite out of these, next only to LOB of course. I still vividly remember the first time seeing Yugi summon BLS in the anime...one of the best moments, no cap!
IOC without a doubt a favorite. But man the CED back in the day was WAAAY harder to pull than it is now. I mean I have a binder page full of Invader of Chaos. Never pulled a CED from an IOC pack. This set was one of the sets that got you excited back in the day. And having another chance to pull those cards (even though they aren't so special now as they were). Being older and with money now it should be easier.
The biggest one I’ve pulled is dimension fusion out of this box so far I really enjoy doing my own openings while I’m watching you so yours even if it is just 6 or 8 booster packs
Man. I understand and knew that they would print CED with the errata, but something about opening a post-errata CED from IOC just doesn’t feel right :(
IOC has always felt slightly overhyped to me but I will never deny how awesome the 3 boss monsters are. Overall I'm loving these 25th Anniversary reprint boxes and I hope Konami continues doing this for other sets in the future.
such a iconic set in my life i remember being obsessed with this set so glad the 25th anniversary brought all these amazing sets back!
I like the fact that they ate reprinting the base/original sets, the art and secret rares look so good
but do the reprints affect the prices of the originals? i just pulled out some old cards and wanted to sell some of my og secrets like jinzo and vampire lord and put em towards whatever cards my daughter wanted
@@xthescootermanx very little,if at all

The secret rare and foil print is so majestic on classic cards. The Blue Eyes, Black Luster Soldier, Solemn Judgment and Dark Magician of Chaos. Amazing!
this series was great. was really fun just to chuck these on as a bit of background noise and seeing all the classics. your energy is infectious
I never got to open any of this set soil looking forward to being able to pick up a few boxes of the reprint sets
Soooooo good
IOC continues to impress. The best og set. Seeing booster boxes of these reprints is a real treat
I remember pulling my BLS and DMOC. I bought the box to get DMOC and stumbled on the BLS and it was my favorite card ever. That one holds a special place in my heart.

I don’t really care for the reprints from a collector’s perspective, but the secret rares look really nice, especially the chaos emperor dragon :)
Man all this week it's been amazing watching you opening all this "vintage" products it's so nostalgic I wish I could open all those products as you

I really loved seeing all these retro packs opening. Really brings me back to my childhood especially with LOB and MRD.
Love this set!!! Underrated!
Invasion of chaos brought back a ton of memories. The Yama crow card was very nostalgic to me. I didn't realize what it did till today 😳
I personally loved the chaos monsters. They are so fun to me.
The GOAT set of the original DM sets! Never could pull either Envoy boss monsters back in the day, but Chaos Sorcerer always got me through duels when it came out. Overall I’m loving this set series
Loving these reissues. Never pulled a CED before, but I've pulled like 4 Invader of Darkness. Seeing you pull like 6 of them gives me hope lol
I am so glad they released this set, so I can have another shot at pulling Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End and Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning

I really like these reprints because they reprinted the actual box, not just blisters like they do in NA which we don't have in EU.
IOC is still my fave all time set. I love that they're reprinting these and making them available again. Plus the reprints look so good! The secret rare looks so good on stuff like CED.
An iconic set! Nothing else needs to be said. Pulling a Chaos Emperor Dragon as a first holo, hopefully brings Rux some luck with the opening.
With this reprints i loved that the, no matter ratios, we can have a secret pero box and no the risk of not pull one. The secret rarity look gorgeous and to much supers and ultras look pretty good.
How many times are you going to reuse the same face ruxin?
Ruxin: yes

The reprints for past formats are super critical and are always well deserved
13:24 my fav card also that’s unfortunate that you didn’t get the final missing card.
I've been getting back into yugioh after not playing since I was younger. I came across one of your videos recently and I've been watching nonstop. The invasion of chaos opening reminded me of opening packs with my brother when we were kids. The art in these cards is so clean and so nostalgic
I love how they released all these sets. Might have to buy some for the first time in a while
Invason of Chaos was the set, where I started playing competetive as a Kid. It was a crazy time!

Can't wait to open one of these! Just opened my first LOB 25th box last night and pulled exodia, left arm and Gaia!
Love these nostalgic old box sets sooo awsome to watch you pull classic cards
It's gonna be weird to say this, but my favorite card from this set is "Hyper Hammerhead". As a kid, it's the card that sorta got me into dinosaurs!
Dinos are my favorite deck to this day!
What a beautiful sight, I can see BLS or CED ALL DAY being pulled, just love this set so much nostalgia
For me IOC is the most needed reprints of all the 25th anniversary edition. It was released in 2004 but in my country it arrived only in 2007 in a limited run, and so I've never opened a booster pack of it. Also definitely a killer set
Literally my favourite set as a kid, pulled BLS and pretty much didn’t too that until I was in highschool with Judgment dragon and ghost power tool.
Nevermind. I did buy a few of these. I remember owning blazing Impact and giga gagagigo. I don’t remember pulling and ultra rears from this though.
I love that they're doing this, I wish they did it more often. Don't bother with 'reprint sets' just reprint the actual sets lol. Personally this is the best set out of these reprints. DMOC, BLS, Chaos Emperor Dragon... what else do you need? I hope i pull them one day
I do love these old sets.
I am just glad that there is now another chance to collect the Envoy cards with this reprint. Always love the art.
Love the Invasion of Chaos reprint! Hopefully to get my favorite cards from the set The Dark Magician of Chaos and Black Luster Soldier!
such nostalgia, i still remeber the excitement opening these packs back in the day hunting CED and DMC
I feel this set was a major set to change the meta, so many powerful guys, those chaos are so good
Best part about these videos is looking at the video length; love the ultras in this set, dark Magician of chaos is one of my favorite dm monsters
Love the Chaos emperor dragon! Nostalgic as hell, damn I miss the old school ygo
I like the Oldschool artwork from Dark magician of Chaos.☺️
The booster boxes are so fun. I'm glad they did the boxes
IOC is definitely my favorite set of all time. CED and BLS are two of my favorite cards ever made, so I would love to get my hand on them 🙏
Where the 6pm box break go??
hey, rux should I keep mine sealed ? I feel like they will be forth something in 10 years
I love Invasion of Chaos, really enjoy seeing all of these old cards reprinted. Very nostalgic!
Invasion of chaos has always been one of my favorite sets! I love all the reprints especially BLS!!
What do you do with all that bulk?
So glad they brought this set back. Same as the other sets - so nostalgic!
IOC is a pretty good set, though you just mainly hope to pull the Chaos cards like BLS or CED.
I like the reprint sets. Always great to see all those cards. Chaos Emperor Dragon Envoy of End is my favorite card from Invasion of chaos
It makes me feel like a kid again since they reprinted these sets! If I had the money, I'd buy one of these boxes to open with my son so he can experience the greatness!
IOC was my favorite back in the day. so many cool cards. happy about the reprints of all the old sets. so many memories
I’m really enjoying that they are reprinting the old sets again. Makes getting OG Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards more accessible and I love it!
I have opened up more booster packs of invasion of chaos from the Walmart mystery power boxes than Dark Crisis and Legends of blue-eyes white dragon, the best card I pulled from that set was the invader of chaos!
25th anniversary I feel was a refreshing reprint set for sure. Some of those reprints were getting a bit out of hand price wise with them also only being a couple years old.
i love this reprint. it feels nostalgic opening these
Used to have DMOC back in the day, got rid of most of my cards once I started college, getting back into collecting again
Thanks for the great video.Plenty of nostalgia. Looking forward to the Chaos Emperor Dragon in the set when I get to pulling
IOC was my childhood favorite and BLS I still have from my childhood (but damaged). Will definitely need to try to pull him now!
This is the one I most looking forward to! Hands down my favorite set from way back and current. Love that they reprinted it.
Love this set, easily my second favorite out of these, next only to LOB of course.
I still vividly remember the first time seeing Yugi summon BLS in the anime...one of the best moments, no cap!
I really enjoy the reprints of this box I really got hit with the nostalgia factor of it all. The entire reprints have really added to my collection.
IOC without a doubt a favorite. But man the CED back in the day was WAAAY harder to pull than it is now. I mean I have a binder page full of Invader of Chaos. Never pulled a CED from an IOC pack. Invasion of chaos is one of my favorite sets! Just to be able to pull black luster soldier and CED in the same booster box is amazing!
Wonder if we will get gx reprints like this?
Great video again! IOC is my favorite set out of the reprints by far. CED and BLS are just amazing cards.
The biggest one I’ve pulled is dimension fusion out of this box so far I really enjoy doing my own openings while I’m watching you so yours even if it is just 6 or 8 booster packs
Easily my favourite set alongside PS. So much nastolgia especially Strike Ninja and Manticore of Darkness that card was so metal!
It’s awesome getting to open the old sets at modern day prices. Love IOC
This set is great! I love the Black luster soldier.
Man. I understand and knew that they would print CED with the errata, but something about opening a post-errata CED from IOC just doesn’t feel right :(
