I can still get my yard to look pretty good. But it takes 3 to 4 times longer than it used too. Getting old is such a challenge.

That’s true. Bettin’ the bank doesn’t care, so the city is cutting it after neighbors complain…and only after someone complains.
They don’t some companies are just thieves they hike the interest rate and foreclose to resell.
The bank should sell it, not just let it sit there abandoned. What a waste.

That's one thing that concerns me about getting a "reverse mortgage." I have no children, so there's no telling what would happen to the property after my husband and I pass. Thanks for giving the property back its dignity and a good memorial to the deceased owner.
Isn’t it interesting that the local government will fine a property for not having it properly maintained, but when it is the government’s responsibility, they ignore the problem. Maybe the government should be fined for not doing their job.

As a retired government employee, l take issue with your put down of govt workers. Yes there are always those who try to skate by without completing their tasks. But I worked with numerous government workers who did excellent work. Our section was under staffed so we carried heavier work loads. Many evenings there were several of us working off the clock to catch up.
@user-un2nz2xx6r Thank you for your service as a government worker. I have been retired for the last 2 years after working 33.5 years with the USDA in Ames, IA. I know that a lot of agencies are short-handed. The lab that I worked for was always losing people to better paying jobs. I get what you are trying to say, and I'm sorry for saying that about the government.
@@Suebe1962 Thank you for your text. I frequently feel the same way about the way some government agencies don't get things done. However I worked with many dedicated workers and was assisted by many more in the years I had family members receiving care from the DVA Hospitals. My husband was sick a long time but he lived 30 years after a VA supervisor denied him care. It was other VA employees who didn't take no for an answer. When I saw your comment I just had to speak up for those thousands, like you who held on and did two people's jobs until the end. I had to go out on disability 10 years ago. I didn't reach full retirement, short of 2 but it turned out for the best

I am an older female who has done 15yrs of 2-5hours bust ass yardwork. keeps you in great shape, a satisfying day and what BLESSINGS for the free services you render individuals cannot do their own yard. thank you, Kevin ♥️

I don't know if you have been here awhile but he has another channel, THAT channel has sermons or music, ya know some talking through it. This one is called "boring" because it is just mainly him doing the job and the noise is just the machines

I found myself thinking about my grandpas yard growing up. I wish you could have seen what he had us mowing with an electric mower! It was a HUGE hill with three fruit trees, and a small pond! The cool thing was if he or my mom couldn’t do it he would pay us a $50 to mow it…

The Reverse Mortgage Pays the Owner per Month, until the Value is Reached. The Bank doesn't usually have anything to.DO with that. It's the Government or Private Buyer/Financiers, that Holds against the Deed.
They CAN Sell it. But they might have a Term of Purchase that is Locked by Years.
Either way? Not as simple as a Regular Mortgage in Default Payment.
I know because my Mortgage Broker is intending on my doing this.
