It's still Altadore for me for families. Private and public schools are walking distance, close to hospitals, Sandy beach is awesome for summer and everything is walkable.
Between Seton and Rockland which is good location.

I’m born and raised in the uk and moved out to mahogany 2 years ago. Man I feel like I’m living a dream everyday. Really is resort living. So much space too. Quite unbelievable

Hey Max, yep I lived in the UK for 14 years. And Calgary for over 10 years. There are lots of football facilities and it’s actually quite popular here. There are a few cricket grounds as well. Are you in Canada?
@@adrielchablal-livingincalg1578 haha :) no Adirel am not yet in Canada, will be coming there as a new immigrant (permanent resident). Will be looking then to buying a new house (detached)!! Can detached homes be found between $250,000-$400,000?
@@Ivandrago89 That’s great news! You can find resale properties closer to the $400K price point. For new construction detached properties you’re looking at in the high $500’s. Prices in Toronto or Vancouver are more than double.

Totally agree, however much higher price point for most people making the move.
