Moving from seattle to calgary really need some tips for rental options with a prek and preschooler.

Can someone explain why flpping is cosidered a "bad" thing that needs to be penalized like this? Maybe I just have the HGTV version of the business, but it seems to me that people who buy depressed properties, make them a lot better and then sell for a higher market price that the supply and demand market dictates....is a good thing for all involved. Is it better to leave rundown properties as-is so that they're more "accessible" to people who weren't buying them anyway?!

Hi thanks for the video! The prev one i just watched had a list of five best places to live in Calgary in general. (Like aspen woods, west spring and etc) but i wonder comparing to those five, how preferable the places are that you recommend here in this video? I like your motto. Have to recover RRSP's... Banks do not want to hear from me otherwise. When i was married and had enough savings, the banker said if the spouse was not on board, they would not lend me. So stupid !! Now i am again a happy single person in the process to rebuild my finances.

It's still Altadore for me for families. Private and public schools are walking distance, close to hospitals, Sandy beach is awesome for summer and everything is walkable.

Thanks for the video. That's why flippers need to get on board with the new way to flip properties without owning them. Will completely change the way flipping is done.
