I still ❤the opportunity STO gives the consumer with the introduction of this vehicle, and obviously it can be done as we see you at the start doing it, BUT for the price point and the fact I’m a tad older than you which will only continue I DO NOT want to crawl thru the hole or the contortion of getting into the driver seat.
Also totally agree a second modcom by the bed in the van or Bluetooth control via phones would rock.
Man, I want one of those so bad!
I see the videos of you and Mike camping in that area like every other video. It's close enough that I should really get up there and camp every once in awhile. Haven't used the RTT in a minute. It's about time.
Great content as always. ✌️
Need to see this on a Ford chassis.
That looks awesome! Upper bed looks a bit small(headroom-wise). Great layout.
Great video with Nellie!
The only thing I’d change would be reversing the blinds so the screen is on top and the blackout part is on the bottom. You want to peek 🫣 out without others peeking in.
Great video on the truck. I just thought you would have it for a little longer that sucks that they want it back so soon. Keep up the great work and i can’t wait for your new podcast to drop tell Mike to get moving 😂😂. 👍🔥🔥💙
I'm surprised that they don't have an app for the GXV main system. The vehicle could have it's own LAN so you don't have to depend on an external network. You could even connect it to Starlink and control/track the vehicle anywhere in the world. That would be really useful!
That thing is yuuuuuge. Looks super sick!
Yup !
This is a seriously great off-grid vehicle, all it needs is a sat-based internet system and you're good to go!
It’s pre-wired for Starlink
@@MrCoachSky Even better!
This looks exactly like what I need (it’s probably expensive but a guy can dream)
I am sure you will do a video or may have mentioned this already but the HILT vs. SEI Mode. Which do you prefer or are they different enough for certain situations?
Thanks for the video. Do you think this is truly 4 season capable in single digits?
Bummer there isn’t a way to store a bike in the garage. I don’t like to leave my bike out. Not that a bike is what will be bringing the attention to this rig :).
Would like to see you get it again and run it around Moab a bit, see how it does with some of the soft sand.
Awesome vehicle. Hopefully they let you borrow it again so you can take Ash
Dam that looks pretty good bro..
I’m watching the full walk through video now. Doing them in reverse order. In the walk through video you were showing the stove top and then pointed out the backsplash. It reminded me of your comment that there wasn’t a place to put the stove top cover. I noticed the short ridge between the stove top and the backsplash. Like maybe the covers can stand up in the groove between the stove and lean it against the backsplash?
That was the original idea but the window covers prevent them from standing up there
culinary skills!!
Dual fans exchanging the air in case you mace yourself cooking jalapeños. 👍🏽
I will watch the previous video, but does this truck have a slideout?
Great video Talon! The lighting in there is amazing for the content! If the overlanding doesn't work out for ya you can change gears and make a cooking channel. I would still follow you of course! 💪😎👍
I bet I could get my recumbent trike in the rear storage.
There's a video from storyteller Talon that will show you how to do things, and I think the suspension does have an auto level feature, but I could be wrong!
It doesn’t… yet. Liquid spring needs to develop and release it first
I like space
El sur de colorado en invierno es una chingonada!!! me encanto tu videoblog, gracias
The first thing I thought when you said "pasta" was that my pasta almost always boils over because my kids inevitably distract me.
Where would a spill go on that cooktop? It looks like it would just run down into the lower cabinet.
There it’s a grove around the entire countertop to prevent spills from dropping to the cabinets and floor
@@TalonSeiI was more thinking about right around the (I assume glass-top) induction part where you lifted it up to plug it in. Is there a gap there where liquid could run between?
nice vehicle, would you say it's more comfortable than a van? what about more offroad/backwoods capable than a van? oh, and it's more podcast capable? LOL!
Is it bothersome that when sleeping your head is so close to the roof/sunroof? Seems to me that you could hit your head quite often.
Would have expected better design features from Storyteller. The pass-thru is poorly designed. Why not modify the back seats to create a functional pass-thru without crawling over seats? Seating for 5 and sleeping for 4?!? Rear Table for 1…maybe 2? Regarding design & venting - why not open a window versus a second roof penetration (leak point) from a maxxfan? Great videos, not so great product. Subscribed.
Headroom is the biggest deal-killer. You spend ~1/3 of the day asleep/in-bed and that bed is completely unusable for anyone taller than 6-feet. 😂 The cabover is supposed to expand your living area, not suppress it. 🤔
I’m 6’5 and had no issue in the cabover.
The table top usually fills the gap for the dinette bed, at least that’s how it’s done in travel trailers and similar truck campers, 🍻
Saya berharap bisa punya mobil seperti ini, anda sangat beruntung!!
Why did they go with such a laughably small table for such a large space?
Ease of access. I guarantee there will be companies making all different size replacement tables for this.
They can always fix this. It’s a prototype, correct?
400 grand and that thing don’t have remote start or do it
Why not let Storyteller show you the ropes…………..
I explained in the last video
Wtf costs more than a house. Nice to see how the rich live.
