- This is sort of a different joyride since this was a documentation of my trip to Baguio with senior citizens hehehe.
Welcome to Baguio City, considered as the summer capital of the Philippines for the cold climate. Baguio is also one of the famous December destinations of most people in the island of Luzon.

so much had changed since last visited 85 and 86. thank you for sharing. it was a memory that's so hard to forget, good and bad.
Thank you for sharing, last went there in 1988 on a family holiday, i fell like I've visited all those places again. A lot has change, It's so much better now.

Relaxing 21 minutes of refreshing scenery.. enjoyed watching.. missed my hometown mankayan.
Brought back fond memories of cycling on these roads 20 years ago and also walking on these roads 12 years ago on another visit.Spent a total of 1 year in lovely Baguio.Fun place and made many friends during my time there.Thanks for the video dmitrivalencia!

Retiring to Baguio with My Pinay Wife this September......Can't Wait :) Thanks for a Great Video....I Had my parents watch it to see why I love Baguio so much. My Wife is Ilacano from Tabao La Union just down the Road but she went to Cordilleras University in Baguio and likes Baguio better... Especially in the Summer for the natural Aircon :). Thanks Again.

Nakaka adik manuod ng mga video mo sir. Para na din akong namasyal kahit nasa kwarto lang ako haha. Sarap manuod. Lakas maka winding road haha. Dami ko pa nalalaman na daan. Thumbs up sir. Haha
Baguio has a smoother complexion because of the location itself and how most people behave... Here in Baguio (I'm not being offensive) the people have more discipline compared to the low lands kasi maganda ang Baguio pagweek days lalo na sa Burnham but when tourists come on weekend trashes are seen almost everywhere... I've observed this for a lot of times.. Even in traffic... Yung mga tagaBaguio (or the ones who are living in Baguio) they know what car has the priority... Less road rage compared sa mga umaakyat na tagababa na ang yayabang nilang magmaneho and some don't even know the lane merges which is supposed to be alternate passing..... Baguio is not like the provinces in the low lands na puro speed and arrognace but it's more of respect and smooth driving

Hi Sir, you've got a very stunning joyride. There is a place here in London called Primrose Hill that is closely similar to Baguio City. Everytime I'm off from work, I love visiting this place. Please gumawa rin po kayo ng video about my home town sa Dagupan City... hehe ... Cheers mate

saw ur vid from beginning to end and all i can say is that i may need a special training to drive around over there hahaha..di ata kaya ng power ko ang mga masisikip na daan plus mga taong nagsusulputan ng biglaan sa harap ng car lalo na sa mga crowded area not to mention ang mga sasakyan na siksikan din gosh! nako imaginin niyo nlang dito ako sa Texas natototong mag drive kaya kahit sa NJ oy NY di ako patok. aigooo
ronazan87 you should have see the traffic in Baguio this Christmas... its really literally snail driving.... the only consolation route was going to Ambuklao dam / Nueva Vizcaya area.... thanks for watching! :)
Weather was fine for the 4 weeks. but the weather is something I don't worry about. The way I look at the weather is if it's cold, put your coat on, If it's hot, take it off. enjoy the moment {-_-}/")

Nakakamiss ang baguio. Nagpunta kami dyan 2010 vacation kasama ko ate ko ate pamilya ng asawa niya. Yan tuloy namimiss ko na rin ate ko nasa abroad sila ng asawa niya eh. Hahaha!

The number coding scheme is a bit stronger than I expected.
In some european capitals it is changing between odd number this day, even the next, than odd, and so on.
In Baguio it is working days, only two numbers per day in the city center.
But you have been able to drive on 2 following days there, so i think its only valid for ppl living there, not for tourists.
+OpaSpielt we used to have that odd even scheme, it was also useless as instead of reducing vehicles more households have bought / purchase cars. What we truly lack is adequate transport system.

I agree. Bypass roads may not work too in Baguio because most don't want to pass by but pass in the city.
For Metro Manila ... I compare with Tokyo: many, many people too and a very big difference in public transport system. so earthquakes, volcanoes and typhoons (Tokio has the same hazards as Manila) are no obstacles for making a good transport system, if the persons responsible will work efficient for the needs of the city.
