That sleep paralysis part was the only scary thing, cause (Ranveer)he's right when it happens you can only see everything and can't move,can't scream.
Tp avoid sleeping paralysis or women sitting on you you should always sleep facing towards bed or right or left side never sleep straight. If you care about healthy scientific sleep then sleep towards ypu left side that also improces digestion and other positive health process.

Aarrh nova tension nahi lene ka re ...this is hallucinations this often happens to me also as i also have this sleep paralysis prblm with me ....but now by watching this i guess i have triggered it and will have a sleep paralysis episode again 🤦the reason i didn't saw ranveer's video was becoz of this only but unfortunately i forgot about my sleep paralysis thing and watched ur one ...anyway make what happened with u next!!! pls make it positive one yrr i am really scared from this one.

ha bhai this is usually happen when you put the weight on your chest while sleeping at night like your both hand lei on your chest . even i felt this 2 3 times at night sachme bhai bohot fatjati hai us time pe. you can not say any single word form your mouth while you are shouting, you can not move your body anywhere, and that lady or some thing sitting on your body. fatke hath me ajati hai. i felt this 2 3 times. when you started thinking positive at that time instantly you will become normal after that. mai to bhagwan ka naam lena start kardeta tha.

The same sleep paralyses i have every night. I really don't know how to do deal with it. Once i saw a shadow of a person staring at me n then disappeared nowhere. It was somewhat similar to my sister but according to her she didn't come near my room the whole night.
Don't worry just don't sleep on ur back ....sleep side ways this reduces sleep paralysis episodes ...trust becoz i have tested this one on me as i also have sleep paralysis and it works.also don't thing too much about sleep paralysis when u r on ur bed this increases the chances of getting one
