You can put furniture in the back of the truck. This issue you’re having is that your strength is low. You can only move things a certain distance. You will have to move something set it down and then pick it back up in steps. When you pick something up and it goes from green to yellow it only means that it is too far not that you cannot place it there. I have moved many pieces with vehicles it is possible.

Yeah, having played Zomboid probably helps. Maybe go in with my approach: "Ok, I'm going to die 3 times in the dumbest ways possible, but then I will REALLY play." And then you die in a REALLY dumb way ;D
Fire station would be a mid tier location.. steel walls, relatively few windows and all the amenities (although I didn't see washer/dryer or tub.) and space for every craft you would want. Best tier would be a concrete building with fewer windows.

If you want to make a fortified base i recommend picking up any plastic pallets in warehouses or gas stations, if you add them they can be perfectly used to barricade a door, did this myself when i gotface to face with a soeedy one.

For the containers that say locked, but no lock attached: Select a lock from your inventory (if u have one) and use the "Change Lock" option to install a lock. Then unlock it and search. Remove lock when done. Not sure if this is a bug - its a strange thing.
Yeah respawn rate is crazy also eat cooked food it will fill you up faster i litterally was frying annd growing pumpkins because it was the only thing i could really cook with just a pan.

I think items disappear from inventories. I had found a fire axe and a wood axe. Put them in my suv. When I got home, the fire are is gone. Also, pretty sure I had a lighter, now it's gone. Anybody know where a lighter might be?

For the ammo I remember like 2 episodes ago you put the 45 caliber ammo away in the house the bolt 1911 is 45 cal

the medication works on scratches, it just takes time to clock down, watch the percentage.👍

Spear with scissors didn't work because you have to put the scissors as a ingredient not as the tool

Spear with whatever ingredient is your spear TIP and the tool is also scissors so you need two scissors for that one.

Tip with guns every so often check your mags and fill them if you have 3 or 4 rounds for example you reload to the mag with most ammo

Your lock picking might not be high enough to unlock certain locks.
