We sometimes forget how fast life can be taken from us..I found I had diabetes in Nov.2021 I've lost 32 pounds by my birthday March.14 2022 my diabetes is now under control and I'm close to not having to take pills for it..staying in gym and eating better to live longer for my daughter
I think Fletcher revealed why so many people like to body build, and that’s through fear of being beaten up. 👍 glad someone said it. Sad thing is with many gym meat heads is that once they’re through their own mental fear and become big and strong. Many, turn into bullies themselves...this is from my experiences from going to a body building gym as well as a boxing gym. Very different people in both gyms. You’d be surprised at how many bullies weren’t in the latter.
this makes me want to go to the doctor to get my heart checked out, i figured it would go away by now but ive had a tightness in my chest and shortness of breath for about a week now and i feel like it might be serious

Well i don't actually know but i don't think they will give someone a heart if the reason you needed one was because of steroid abuse .i don't know but i think they could tell if that was the cause
LOL, that heart transplant was propably definitely due to too much cholesterol from the eggs he was eating. Who dares say it was because he used a TON of steroids??

I almost checked out in 2018 due to alcohol poisoning. I never gave up, did everything the doctors told me to do.
