Still amazed by your language skills. The haircut is pretty good, it would cost me 30 bucks here and washing is not even included. Creating subtitle for us viewers is a great thing which will certainly attract chinese viewers but it will take lots of time as you already mentioned. If you do that on a regular base, it will eat you up unless you use some AI tools to aid. You also could do a timelapse of long conversations and describe afterwards whats happened and do subtitles for shorter interactions, that would be more manageable. To attract more viewers I would suggest to put a logo in the thumbnail, like the lobster in your T-shirt or a comic face or graffiti text with color gradient as your trademark. It will definite stand out in the video recommendations.
