'Chinese speaking city' is the natual expression
7:41 use 'for example 比如說' would be more natual than 'I think 我覺得'
7:49 'also have' here should be 也有, because you're talking about another place in another state. 還有 should be used when you're naming another area in NY, or naming CA next to NY.
    7:59 barber: 它(maybe referring to the job?)

Also 避開 works here too.
9:58 maybe restructure the phrase to ... “給___理髮/剪髮" is a set phrase.
10:21 I know you're from the USA, but come on, it's African heritage. It translates to 非洲裔 or 非洲血統。 "我是百分之二十五的非洲(後)裔“ or ”我有四分之一非洲血統。”
10:40 "剪完開不開心?" "沒有剪哭了?"would be considered complete sentences in this context.
    10:50 nope. it's
11:33 還是在美國 剪完的頭型 比較舒服?basicly he's asking how you feel about the finished hairstyle.
12:00 I think 發卷 here is a verb.
12:38 Aunty hating the stache per usual ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Still amazed by your language skills. The haircut is pretty good, it would cost me 30 bucks here and washing is not even included.
Creating subtitle for us viewers is a great thing which will certainly attract chinese viewers but it will take lots of time as you already mentioned. If you do that on a regular base, it will eat you up unless you use some AI tools to aid. You also could do a timelapse of long conversations and describe afterwards whats happened and do subtitles for shorter interactions, that would be more manageable. To attract more viewers I would suggest to put a logo in the thumbnail, like the lobster in your T-shirt or a comic face or graffiti text with color gradient as your trademark. It will definite stand out in the video recommendations.

Tianjin is considered a NEW tier-1 city. But the city has massive debt and getting worse as all the Western companies and even Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc. have pulled their companies out. Tianjin has record high unemployment and pay is very low there. I don't know how he survives there.
Yes, Tianjin, a major port city in China, has faced economic challenges in recent years:
      Slow growth
Tianjin's economy has been growing at a rate below the national average, which has led to revenue difficulties.
      Widening deficit
In 2018, Tianjin's deficit increased due to the growth slowdown.
      Rising debt
Tianjin's debt burden is increasing, and is even larger when considering contingent liabilities.
      Countercyclical measures
The government has taken steps to mitigate the growth slowdown, including fee cuts and continued large spending commitments.

      Mars is an American company
In May, Mars began production at its pet food factory in Tianjin, China, according to a report from the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA). Construction of the plant was first announced in February 2019.
TEDA reported this factory is one of Mars' largest and most advanced pet food facilities, with a total investment of nearly CN¥ 1 billion (US$138 million) and spanning 110,000 square meters. The Tianjin factory is dedicated to the research, development and production of dry food, wet food and treats. Once fully operational, the factory's annual production capacity is expected to exceed 250,000 tons.
The dry food production line is up and running, with the treat production line slated to start in the second half of the year. Future plans include additional investments to introduce a wet food production line, further enhancing and upgrading TEDA's pet industry chain.
In recent years, the pet industry in TEDA has experienced rapid growth. The area is now home to industry leaders such as Mars, Nestlé, and Ringpai. Tianjinis said to be the second largest industrial and commercial city in China and the biggest financial and commercial center of North China.
