iCEnhancer 4.0 is a Visual Overhaul mod for GTA IV which breathes new life into this classic! This is still in development and the footage in this video is from an early access build.
About GTA IV:
Niko Bellic, an Eastern European war veteran, migrates to Liberty City to forget the horrific and graphic memories of his past and for a better life, things don't come out as planned as he has to wipe out mobsters and loan sharks that are preventing his cousin, Roman from making money freely.

Rockstar was on top of their game letting a bag of diamonds and heroin and coke become the three biggest moments that made the story beyond amazing

Niko uses M4 in this mission makes more sense than he uses AK-47 because he uses M4 in TBOGT mission aka "Ladies Half Price".

Quicks question, is icenhancer 3.0 compatible with snow mods that you used for winter edition walkthrough ?
Not the original snow mod, but there is a new snow mod currently in development which works great with iCEnhancer 👍

Still not a fan of how it looks in general, sorry. A lot of things are still wrong with it, including the draw distance being too far - takes away the sense of scope, the awful looking characters and the fact that all 3 cities don't have their own unique weather/atmosphere which is a huge part of the game's feel. The original PS2 version is the real "Definitive Edition" :)

How did you get your ice4 to have that watermark at the top left?
I fuckin paid for the early access and i have this giant obnoxious ass watermark on the top left with my full fucking legal name on it from paypal and some other crap.
