What do you guys think? Do you like line locks or do you prefer to do burnouts the old fashioned way?

I have my line locks actually on the rear. I keep my foot off the brake turn the line lock on essentially keeping pressure from going to the rear. Then press my foot on the brake. So then i can control my roll out more with the brake pedal i can lighten pressure and roll out further or keep my foot hard on the brake to keep it tight on the line.

Greg l That’s a good idea! The “all or nothing” feature of having it hooked up to hold pressure in the front does restrict your ability to control your burnouts; I don’t like that. I may have to hook mine up the way you’re suggesting. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks, man! I appreciate it. I’m looking forward to seeing your truck doing what you’ve built it for - burning that rubber!

Love your videos! You should install some exhaust cut outs on that square body, put some meaning into those burnouts! I just had 3” Hooker cut outs installed in my 16 Challenger and love it👊🏻😎

charliedarknight thanks, man! I appreciate it! Line locks are a lot of fun, inexpensive, and pretty easy to install. I think they’re well worth it.

On your mini spool installation, did you have to ck your tolorances on the gears??????? I have one and it makes noise. Not right.

Is that a stock diff or limited slip

Bob Ross It’s actually a mini spool. I have a full review video of the mini spool here: ua-cam.com/video/XvDgyy02WZA/v-deo.html

    Needs more power

It's nothing crazy powerful, but I'm afraid most of any lack of performance isn't the truck but rather the driver! I'm bad to baby this thing pretty bad. I was barely revving past the torque converter's stall range in the first little burnout. 😂
