More durations is huge. That + the damage buff makes blight a viable skill. Also less mana cost instead of reduced mana cost is in general worse. If you got reduced like before when you reached 100% reduced it costed 0 but now since it is less they stack multiplicatively not reaching that low anymore making you stack from other sources. It is better in the specific case of manaforged arrows where hitting 1 as the mana cost is easier now. Also wardloop(my fav build) got murdered. The flask basically got 20% less duration and 50% less ward compared to before.
Cool man, thx for the tldr video, always grateful for the notes. I am super ready to see how the trade market goes, can easily liquidate all the random scarab/essence/currency without needing to count the stacks needed per trade and some people are just way too impatient with waiting for trader to unload stuff into inventory, they just immediate click the trade request.
@@McGurbshe is talking about “effective block rate” which means the statistic probability, not related to the game rounding mechanic at all. Therefore the chance is 87.75%
One thing to note is that all tge skills which got "nerfed" on early gem lvls _should_ be stronger on high end. Unless GGG randomly decides to stop all damage effectiveness ratio increases at lv 20 exactly, those skills should get higher scalings when hitting lv 21 and beyond. On the autoexertion, I'd say it's more of a convenience now. The reservation is a slight nerf to anyone using one war cry (since 10% were usually previously taken by banners), but stacking war cries on it seems too expensive. I think the use case for exerted attack stackers is to have the most mandatory war cry of the build on autoexertion, and manually piano the rest on bosses and such (since, different from call to arms before, autoexertion doesn't lock you out of using other warcries by sharing the cooldown). On Far shot, Beltimber blade users rejoice bc Far Shot should stack with the far shot ascendancy now. The line on Avatar of the Wilds "Always freeze shock ignite" feels kinda obsolete if you're planning to play around it since you're gonna be trying to maximize ailment application to stack the fury to activate it anyway - I guess it's good for builds using only one ailment and willing to stack for at least 20 seconds before each cast ^^"

About the Champion nerf: I started Lightning Strike Champion last league and I almost certeinly wanted to start it this league again, because it was a great start. At this point I am thinking it might be even stronger than last league in bothe offense and defense, but I am waiting for the updated PoB for a final conclusion on this. Right now it is still my most probable leaguestarter. I don't think the nerfs are very bad for Champion and here is why. Despite the nerfs of Determiantion and Grace we should be able to get more defenses than before with the new bases and the loss af the flat armour and evasion from Champion won't change this, I guess. Losing the stun immunity should not be a big thing, because we have plenty of armour and with the higher life rolls we will be quite hard to stun anyways, so no real reason to be sad about not being stun immune, especially for softcore players. 20% attack speed is very nice, but it is no major DPS nerf and with the melee buffs we will get more DPS in the end. I guess the most significant nerf are the 5 Fortification that we lose, but to be fair it is still a very powerful buff with 100% uptime. And we can still try to get any source of Fortify on items or the passive tree to reach the old 20 Fortification or get an increase to maximum Fortification (Steadfast passive cluster). I am no expert, but that's what I am thinking about the nerfs, but I would be happy to hear your opinions if anyone of you thinks differently. My plan before leaguestart is to import an exact copy of my 3.24 leaguestarter into the new 3.25 PoB after it's release and then compare everything, DPS, EHP, max hit values etc.

Note that the Far Shot change is actually a buff to certain items as they have the Far Shot key word directly on them, and you couldn't double dip. Now, you can. This was a buff, if only situational.

You can have as many tinctures equipped as you want. You can only have one active. When you use any tincture and it goes on cooldown, all of them go on cooldown.
I wish GGG had rebalanced Detonate Dead a little differently. I think the idea of getting powerful corpses to spawn via Spectre Banking was the wrong way to go IF balance is what you care about. Just let L20 Desecrate [or similar] spawn corpses with a FIXED amount of HPs and then skills like L20 Detonate Dead blow up ALL corpses in a radius for a fixed amount of damage per corpse. Then you can always add nodes on the tree, skills [curses], support gems, gearings, etc. to buff the skill like most other skills are buffed. You could then tweak the various items to give the right amount of power for the right sorts of costs / investment.

Thanks for the video. I've been playing a frost witch and get hard locked around level 90 where I go into a dungeon and the dungeons kick me so hard I end up deleveling. Now I get that I know I have no clue what I am doing and I try and follow guides but sometimes I find guides hard to follow maybe that is because I should take more notes, but guides say things like by level 15 you will have these skills and I get to level 15 and I don't have those skills, and when I take the time to search where I get the skills it is usually after killing a boss like the mermaid boss, and I'm like I getting closer, but I am way worse at this game then the good players, yeah yeah.
