Welcome to Umineko. We have mystery novels, demons, witches (who could fit in the Touhou universe), chess, red-haired Phoenix Wright, some milf, and most importantly: rave
I forgot that this song was even in Umineko until it randomly showed up in recommended . I was jamming out in the shower and the thought popped into my head that everything in episode 8 before Battler jumping into the ocean is like a dream to me , a dream that I woke up from crying. Now I’m sad but at the same time I feel I need to reread episode 8. Update: Have all but two books of the manga and they are in the mail, gonna reread this beast.
Even better: lixAxil is a closed room murder! l = walls i = person x = murder method A = answer It's supposed to represent the EP8 closed room murder Battler and Erika try to solve while the song plays :D

@Spiderman Pretty much all of them, but I remember SoR2 the most for some reason. This really strikes me as like...a yakuza-owned basement casino/strip club BGM lol.
Dunno why but I thoght that this track plays during the scene where Battler beats the shit out of Bernkastel near the end. It made it so much more better and intense for me xD
It's like a depiction of Battler fighting with Erika: l is a barrier that surrounds them, it is present during the game they were fighting in some isolated space iirc i is the person (battler or Erika), x is their weapon, A is capitalized and it is the point at which they clash Considering it was the only moment (maybe there was a second time but it wasn't as memorable as Erika and battler fight) it played in the game it makes sense, Both Erika and Battler fought with logic and not magic, thus it makes sense that they are kinda similar and a reflection of one another, but we know from the story that Battler saw it with heart and Erika did not which makes them different 戮す (japanese spelling of lix - rikusu) is also a very old way of saying to slaughter someone, so that also might be the reasoning behind this name

Such a banger BGM, only played once...
it's the charm imo
it's tbh, the most random banger in the game, it had no reason to exist, that's why i love it
Come! Furudo Erikaaaa!!!!
Entertain me, Battler-schwaaaan!!!
An entertaining battle to say the least.
I just wish it wasn't so short.
Better in the manga for sure
@@dappershinx9234 the manga version is such a fucking beatdown holy shit. i'd love to see it adapted into VN format.

Well, I didn't expected less for a battle of "twisted logic", if I use the words Battler used to describe his fight against Beato. Terribly awesome.

Sounds like something straight out of Streets of Rage. And it's awesome.
not really imo, wouldn’t really fit even in 3 which is the most hardcore inspired
Streets of Rage has bangers, but nothing of THIS level.
