Shinobi (no shuriken, no power) speedrun multi-segment attempt

A first try of a multi-segmented speedrun of Shinobi without the bonus (too boring), recorded on Mame with Fraps.
Level by a segment.
No shurikens (excepted for the boss number 2-3 and 4 where they are mandatory, for the last one i was just tired) and no power.
Time ingame: 14m 32s (only adding all the times given by the game)

I did this yesterday on easy setting, died a million times, but it's so much extra work and sometimes shinobi decides to throw a shuriken instead of a punch/kick/sword and ruins the stage but I have to say it is a lot of fun. You're very good at this game.

Actually theres3 a far better play nowadays in Google Play... But despite the fact it's in many ways diff from Shinobi ( backup scenery & movement) Still ya have to be a true master, in order to surpass, all those levels

Stage 5-2 was a real crock. Ninjas come out of nowhere (can only be memorized), and there are no continues at this point. Then again, the game was fair in one very important way: enemy contact never kills you unless the hitbox of the attack (knife, sword, missile, fireball, etc.) would do damage in a realistic setting.

sergio trajano It means that i made a save for each level, so it's not very impressive compared to a single segment run (with no saves between levels), but i had a lot of fun doing this. Btw thank you :)
