Yep, it's an F40PH-3. Although, it was built as a standard F40PH back in April of 1977.

I agreed, but I thought it will stay on RI, I don’t know why it moved to MD, but later it will go to UP Permanently, which where the Ex-Milwaukee District F40s ended up there, even 217.
