Nice! I feel that way with the playhouse theater on El Molino, it’s one of my favorite streets in Pasadena. Thanks for sharing!

People who live Pasadena really need to take care of their local schools I put money into it and make it better. Pasadena would then even be a better community in to live in for families.

Thank you so much for your insightful comment! I completely agree-investing in our local schools is crucial for the growth and well-being of our community. When we put resources into education, we’re not just helping students succeed; we’re also enhancing the overall quality of life for families in Pasadena. Strong schools make for a stronger, more vibrant community, and I’m glad to see others who are passionate about making a positive impact here!

I lived in Hastings Ranch for many years. The school system needs an overall. The board of education in my opinion is the board of the uneducated. My daughter couldn't attend the local school 2 blocks away. She would of been bussed to the other side of town. She ended up in private school until the 12th grade.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s unfortunate that your daughter wasn’t able to attend the local school so close to home-that must have been frustrating. It’s a reminder of how important it is to address the challenges within our school system to ensure every child has access to quality education close to where they live. I completely understand your decision to go the private school route, and I hope we can see improvements in the public system so families don’t feel they have to make those difficult choices. Your input really highlights the need for change!

since you left out 91104, the huge middle class block that takes up most of the northern area, I expect you'll be showing that area to us soon. With nearly half the population having college degrees, it's no slouch. And PLEASE look beyond Bungalow Heaven, it's so over exposed while other fabulous neighborhoods exist everywhere in 91104.

Thank you so much for highlighting the vibrant 91104 area! You’re absolutely right about its significance and the dynamic community it encompasses. I definitely plan to explore more of what it has to offer in upcoming videos, including some of the lesser-known yet fabulous neighborhoods beyond Bungalow Heaven. Your insights are invaluable, and I’ll keep them in mind as I continue our journey through the region. Stay tuned, and please keep the suggestions coming!

As a resident, many of the comments made are in era. Pasadena more east is somewhat quiet and clean, and western area , not so much. It depends on particular areas. Old Pasadena is noisy with homeless people, and groups of unkind or rude walk traffic especially for seniors and children.

Thank you for sharing your perspective! It’s true that different parts of Pasadena offer distinct experiences, and it’s important to recognize both the positives and challenges in each area. While the comments reflect observations I've experienced, it’s always valuable to hear different viewpoints like yours. Your input, especially regarding the concerns for seniors and children, highlights the complexities of our community and the areas where we can focus on making improvements.

Got to have serious money to live in some of those zip codes. Lots of old money.

Thank you for your comment! You’re absolutely right; some neighborhoods do have a lot of old money and can be quite expensive. It’s fascinating to see the history and legacy in those areas.
