As an added bonus since you'll already be in Priff, you can take a net and a jar to catch crystal implings. Since you're on the Arceuus spellbook already you can use the Nature and Death runes the elves drop to cast Dark Lure.
Personally I did elves from 85-99 thieving, and I found that ancient brews (if you can make them as an iron or buy them as a main) work alot better then foot itself and they are fairly cheap

Almost 30m XP doing elves from 85. I recommend having the construction level to place your house in Prif and using the pool within your POH to restore health and prayer. Use redemption to slightly extend your 'trips'. This then requires 0 supplies, and there are several NPCs outside of the POH portal that can be trapped in houses, or are stuck in houses by default. Keeps a good pacing to it, and with the wines you loot you will usually end up there for quite some time without needing to use your pool in POH. It's quicker than walking back and forth to a bank, and depending, you can also use teleports in your POH to bank even quicker (such as mounted crafting cape) and then just return to POH and continue. Helps allocate more inventory space for the loot you will get during long sessions - chisels can be brought to make bolt tips if you want to take that a step further. Another option is to just use the altar in the northern section to restore prayer and use redemption and rapid heal to restore HP while you pickpocket the elves that wander by the altar. Not a big fan of that method considering rate of failures but it is another method.
You mentioned the shards were fast here for an iron. Do you by chance have an average per hour rate on hand? Thinking about doing this here and there to get shards saved up for the bofa someday on my iron. Nice little video, should be a useful ref for players not aware of this activity!
I don't have an exact rate at hand rn. But one Enhanced Crystal Teleport Seed can be turned into 150 crystal shards. Meaning that on average if you do this activity at 99 with thieving cape, you'll get around ~170 shards per hour if you turn all the tele seeds into shards. (this estimate also counts the normal crystal shards from these)
@@deanmadden123 Are you perhaps thinking about the gloves of silence? I believe those don't work with it. Dodgy continue to work as you can see the charges go down when it tanks a stun for you.

Are you sure? They atleast use charges when pickpocketing so I'm assuming they work 🤔👀

How have you managed to 1 click pickpocket ? I’ve changed npc attack options to hidden and still nothing
In runelite you can change left click option for all NPC's by shift+right clicking the NPC and swapping the left click option to "pickpocket" ✌🏻
