  • The single "Heisser Wind / Warmer Regen" by the Hubert-Wolf-Sextett was released on the small Bella Musica label in Germany early 1962. The Dutch Funckler label released it in Holland and Belgium and Radio Veronica played both instrumentals often in their programs.
Hubert Wolf (28.10.1934 - 31.08.1981) was a German conductor, composer, singer and musician (zither, violin and trumpet). He was conductor of the Original Böhmerländer Musikanten (German folk music), played zither with his Schrammel-Trio at US Army jazz-clubs, but also directed the studioband for Bella Music productions under the name Hubert-Wolf-Sextett.
Hubert Wolf played zither and musicians like Ladi Geisler (guitars), Franz Resch (bass) and Walter Stock (organ) worked with him in the Hubert-Wolf-Sextett.
The single was also picked up by Norman Petty from the Norvajac Recording Studios in Clovis, New Mexico and George Tomsco and The Fireballs re-arranged the numbers into Tex-Mex instrumentals. It was released as "Holiday Love / Little Toy" by the Guitars Inc. on Hamilton records in 1963.
