In that Staten Island cinema long ago!! Nobody ever seen a special forces soldier using a bow& arrow in a movie before, that was evolutionary!! Like Bruce with the nuchaku's .

OMG CHARLES!!! I feel 14 years old again going into the Mcvickers theater in downtown Chicago again back in 1978, 79!!! I have got visit this place next time I'm in NYC!!! But, you walked past the poster for The Stranger and The Gunfighter with Lo Lieh and Lee Van Clief!!! Thought for sure you would've mentioned it but I know it hard to catch them all!! Hi Charles! Hi Hector! Hi Chris! Talk about walking through the hall of fame of Martial Arts Cinema. Tom Laughlin in born losers,Billy Jack, Trial of Billy Jack, Billy Jack goes to Washington. I also believe he was the first to introduce hapkido. I was blown away. Then five fingers of death, then the rest is history. Great poster selection from around the world.

I remember seeing The Death of Bruce Lee with Charles Bonet and Ron Van Clief.They never did find out who killed Bruce or how Bruce Died.When Ron ran into Charles Bonet on his Apt.,Charles was hitting the heavy bag which looked lame,then they started sparring.Did you know that Ron is or was a man mounter.True story.Any way when this Movie came out supposedly Charles was found by the director when he supposedly was beating up three guys in Central Park.I believe that wasn't true it was just to hype up Charles.Then I accidentally found that Charles Bonet had opened up a dojo in the Bronx in Burnside of University Dr.,my buddy and I were so excstatic that we actually went up to the dojo,and this small kid tried to push us out.He didn't want us to meet Charles so we walked right pass him.Lol!!! We met Charles,and we're we soo Happy to see this guy in person.We asked how much it was to take lessons.He said 10.00 a Month,this was like in 76-77 when the movie came out.10.00 a Month back then was equivalent to 50.00 a Month in today's money or more.I ran hope so excited I asked my dad if he can pay for my Karate Lessons.Unfortunatley Dad couldn't afford it which was ok because a couple of Months later I went back to check on Charles,and the Dojo was closed.I wonder what happened? My buddy and I nervously asked for his autograph which was a small picture like the movie Poster .He had ran out and told us to come back another day.I did and it was closed for good.Thanks Charles alot of those movie posters brought back memories where we used to watch Two Martial Arts movies back then for 1.50..Lol!!!

Why are the majority of the movie posters have Bruce Lee NAMES OR A PICTURE OF BRUCE LEE mostly those kung fu movie posters basically ripped OF BRUCE LEE'S MOVIES OR JUST LIKE PUTTING HIS FACE OR HIS NAME ON THOSE MOVIE POSTERS BECAUSE EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT BRUCE LEE PASSED AWAY IN 1973 so basically majority of them all basically ripped OFF MOVIES OF Bruce Lee movies that's all it is no home defense don't get me wrong I'm just speaking the truth 😑🙏
