Correct anna, Bangalore Whitefield lo, i purchased 8 flats from 2006 onwards. One flat for every two years in my 18 years of software job. Today, all the flats are paying the EMI themselves. I am 40 years old now and in another 10 years, i will become EMI free. I will retire at 50 years and will live on rental income of 2 to 2.5 lakhs (rent in current prices, but will grow yearly at 8 to 10 %)
@@knagendra4725 in those days 2005, it was 7.5lakhs and the first flat was 19lakhs. After that the salary increased by 15 to 30% every year. (due to a hike or job change). But flat prices also increased very quickly. My second flat price in 2008 was 32lakhs.

Me too have the same question. We took home loan to construct the house and staying in the same house. There r no rental houses constructed. So, now we have to pay the complete EMI amount from our purse. In this case how to manage our working capital. Please reply.

The author compared the inflation rate with the housing loan interest rate and the differential rate is the only payable by us and says the housing loan is a savings scheme. Request you to give an example or provide more explanation on this part as I didn't understand the logic. Thank you, sir.

I watched sirs interview and took housing loan and constructed a building getting income 1/3rd of my emi amount
It's very difficult to sell UDS space in apartment or gated community, unless if we buy only 4-5 floors house independently
