Hey there! Yes, I've gotten better at slowing down over the years, but in this case, you can go to the settings under the video, which looks like a gear to the right of the CC button, click on it, and adjust the playback speed. You can slow it down on any of my videos where I might be speaking quickly. Hope that helps!!

If you click the wrench under the video you can adjust the playback speed to your preference. Hope this helps.
