I have prepared all stuffs for interviews like DSA, system designs . But it's very hard to get interview calls this days . What should I do to get a refferal for the same ?

I have had offers from Microsoft and Google. It always mentioned per annum, not adding all the 4 years of stock.

Looks like this guy hasn’t heard of a thing called income tax. Lets take 24lacs as income, per month is just 1.5lac rupees in hand which is OK.

@@vibhusharma2881 what are you talking about? Sure first two years can be at 3.5lpa in service companies but after a single switch, it should be more than 10-12 lacs. If this is not case, either you are being underpaid or something is seriously wrong with you.

The exact amount for 24 lacs gross is 1.53 lacs per month in hand for new tax regime. 24 lacs pe 4.03 lac income tax hota hai new regime ka aur 1.44 lac per year PF contribution, 18.53 lacs aata hai usko 12 se divide krlo

@@taluq-zn And minium salary is not 1-2 Lac in Pakistan. Who told you. The average salary is 50-80k max. The highest salaries are 150-200, but only top students would get it.

The only edge big tech companies offers more than Startups is there RSUs or stocks. That's the main game changer in the whole equation otherwise in terms of base salary you can get better compensation in startups which I am already getting.

@@eyesontheshow1376 i believe 3.5 lpa is very less and it is difficult to get more jobs with a degree from tier 3 college....if u believe u can crack gate only then opt for preparation otherwise go with 3.5 lpa because off campus placements are very difficult for a guy from tier 3 college choose wisely

@@Sach_boliye Bro, Actully when i got placed i had 12LPA... After one year performace i got that hike. Initialy they gave me only 15% hike, I was resigning and they pushed it to roughly 35%..
