Chris Fan Have you seen the other videos in this series? He seems like the wrong surfer for this concept. They surprise him with all these boards (which look amazing to me) that he’s definitely not into. I feel bad for all the great shapers, and him too. He just wants to rip super hard, maybe not experiment with new shapes. I wish the producers had scrapped the idea and gone with a different surfer. Alex Knost maybe?
@@nicelydone8017 Dane rips too hard for these shapes. Or they're just way over volumed for him? Does Alex Knost ride boards shorter than 6 feet though? Honestly would be pretty hard to fine one surfer that likes all these shapes, pretty varied. I feel like Dane is probably one of the better choices for this actually. Honestly makes me like my thruster more lol
