love these old trains....will be setting up a Similar layout again in winter, all my stuff is triang....track/rolling stock the lot....my current layout is only 4 feet by 2.5 feet, and its fun..but a little too small ....want to go 7 feet by 4 to 4 .5 feet...love your layout
@@layout1237 Yes,there`s a great 6 by 4 layout on you tube....that i might copy and enlarge..I also have a 1960`s triang track plan book, with some layouts that can be adjusted to fit...Originally i had thought about building in a shed..But in winter time, which is when i want to use the railway....It would be far too cold, and then there`s the rust problem with steel track in a shed. Also the cost of getting another shed built.....I have a g scale garden railway too, which is brilliant fun..But Huge amount of work,to keep maintained. If i had my time again,i would go OO Gauge only !!
@@layout1237 Just watching a few of your vids again.....I ended up going 7 feet by just 2.5 feet.....Tis incredible what can be fitted on !!!! But its effective and the 7 feet length gives a good run around..Of course only one train at a time and Rad One curves only, but width was my issue....I wanted to be able to reach over the far side of the layout,so thats why i kept it narrow..Hope you are well.....Ade
It's normal that i found watching this train relaxing
