      @ No I didnt but my eyes are judging and what they see is a great tasty cake. Since Im diabetic , Im not allowed and shppose to eat such sweet pasteries

    240 g of all-purpose flour is 2 cups - not 1 cup

      Hey, thanks a bunch for pointing that out! It seems there was a little mix-up with the flour measurement. We'll make sure to fix that in the description. By the way, we usually suggest going by the gram measurements for all our recipes - that way, you're in for the best results every time!

    I tried it.. my toping became little harder and plz give the measurements in gm or ml. You didnt mention sugar in toping in gm

The topping is meant to be firm from the caramelization of the sugar and coconut, creating a nice contrast with the soft cake underneath. If the topping turned out too hard, you might try slightly reducing the cooking time or temperature for a more balanced texture.
