Homemade Roasted Salsa

This salsa is really easy to make and has that restaurant quality taste. You will want to make it again and again. Just roast your tomatoes, jalapenos, and onion and the garlic if you have cloves. If not use minced. Then blend together. Add your seasoning and you are good to go.
