This villa has been on sale for 4 years without finding a buyer, the reason is its very very high price, 4 years ago this villa was on sale for 29,900,000 €, two years ago its price was revised downwards to €24,900,000
Now this villa is worth more than 21,900,000 €
Many will understand that this villa is overvalued as the most villa in Marbella, this villa is actually worth the sum of 16,900,000 € buying above this price would be a serious mistake
This villa remains a great product in Marbella, It is a pity that many Real Estate Agents overprice products which by their strategy remain on sale for many years
I liked the design and i will definitely get inspired by this vila when i do my house design. Do you know better interior designs of other houses?

its one of the ugliest houses for that high price... with an very big ugly piece of art that looks like plastic.

Awesome Artur, I have enjoyed this one indeed, even with Erik, that to be honest and in my own opinion, in this video he was doing very good with you, I have to say, again, not in the others. I have really enjoyed this tour even you did already alone, but this property is really special to me... I discovered it long ago, even before coming to England. And I'd say it's my favourite piece from Torres.

I thought folks have to head to Beverly Hills for these kind of properties, how wrong! Fantastic ‚mega-mansion‘ but the indoor pool has to be reopened and the gym moved to the smaller room. Also the Media Tech in the bedrooms would need to receive a major upgrade (70“ thinner than thin screens a must)…. Thanks for sharing!

The only downside that I have notice is where the office leading to the master is, I would block of the whole area with glass for oblivious reasons smell of cooking drifting into the rooms

If the owner borrowed leverage to build the Mansion he doesn't pay a penny of Tax...that's heaven
They should quote the price including the tax, you can’t avoid it so why not include it in the asking price. I like to know the bottom line.
