UPDATE: Frabill Predator Sleeper Shanty

This is an update to the Frabil Predator ice shanty that I modified a while ago. I have made some additional mods to use as a "sleeper" shanty or base camp for multi-day ice fishing trips. Still want to add some kind of shelf above the table to store items, but overall...this is a really comfortable way to camp on the ice and maximize fishing time! Enjoy....and hope this inspires you...

I miss frabil, have not seen them at stores for a few years now, my 1st flip was the aegis, forgot they were the 1st with the side door and that shack is gigantic and perfect for ice camping

Hello!!!!!!!! How the heck are you? I just purchased a deasel heater and seems you really understand the importance! Nice set up there! I will keep watching to see what you did for the exaust port! Very well crafted! Yeah, excellent idea for safety and ease of heating and space saving! I think when my heater arrives I'm going to velcrow plywood in the window and that would be the best option for heating! Thanks for the visual And just to remind myself, ill pick up a table at peavey mart

I'm from wyoming too. Is your sled long enough that you don't have so squish in? I have the ice hunter 285 and i think its the same sled

The floor is made of 2 pieces of 3/8 plywood with outdoor carpet on one side and foam anyifatigue mats stapled to the bottoms.
