I’m really enjoying the Many Queens tarot and its body representation and unique illustrative style. Communion is great, but I have to keep in mind that it’s about 20 years old now, and I wish there was more discussion about love across varying gender identities. But there are some amazing insights. I love Many Queens Tarot; I got that one as a support with self love & body positive thinking and appreciate it for that. I really like your book choices - I've only read one of them (Zora Neale Hurston) though I've read some other titles by hooks. I really like McQuillar's Hoodoo Tarot guidebook and spreads - there is one in there about spiritual mentors that I've had a few really good readings for myself and others with; a while back Kim from Abundant Life Tarot did a deck study with the Hoodoo Tarot and it was great to follow along with. I so enjoyed your VR!! 💚

I was just listening then so I didn’t see which one you have I’ll have to go back and peep. This hoodoo tarot spread sounds so good! Loved the suggestion to do it to get into or back into an ancestral practice, always sometimes needed lol I had more to comment but I got really hungry after you mentioned going to eat and made a sandwich between finishing the vid and writing this so things have been lost

Thank you! And yeah, I think Alice Smeets changed the name in the latest printing. The deck is the same but I think she corrected all of the misspellings. I can only make assumptions about why she changed the name though. Lol

Yes! Hoodoo Tarot has an amazing guidebook. That is one thing I love about certain decks, their guidebooks are so in depth and full of knowledge.
