"Ah yeah" in Korean is a formal way of saying yes meaning the girl doesn't wanna actually get personal but the men think its an invitation instead.

I think it's about how Korea views women, most of the time women are criticized more than men, and if a woman does something bad, people are less likely to defend her than if a man did the same thing. Hani represents what actually happened, while LE is what people think happened. There are also themes of too much censorship. Maybe I'm overanalyzing this video.

Its more like people see their title tracks and assume they only go for sexy concepts especially since a lot of the mvs have innuendos. But their b-sides are very different than the title tracks but never gets recognition due to the nature of many kpop fans to only listens to title tracks. Nguyen Hung Minh I think people are saying the concept and sound are similar, KPOP fans can be finicky if it is something outside their bias's(We all know if a fan has a bias they see their own group doing nothing wrong and is perfection, look at some of the bias comments in here...not arguing, just stating a fact). Exid has been around since 2012 their style really hasn't changed to much but they hit it big with Up & Down because of a fancam showing some sexy pelvic thrusts, some people are inevitably going to say Exid is milking that image, thats the reality of KPOP and in a way they are milking it, although cleverly with the making fun of censorship part of this video....not hating on Exid, I did give it a thumbs up, but fear they will fall into the good but not great generic category of KPOP groups unless they bring out something different.....just one person opinion....

I think it's about how Korea views women, most of the time women are criticized more than men, and if a woman does something bad, people are less likely to defend her than if a man did the same thing. Hani represents what actually happened, while LE is what people think happened. There are also themes of too much censorship. Maybe I'm overanalyzing this video.

Fyi this is an U&D sequel, while the other song is about a guy playing with her feelings, this song is about a girl playing with his feelings. This also makes fun of how censorship works in Korea, which I find genius. Please watch the whole MV, this is Ah Yeah not U&D. I don't think anything besides the structure and the saxophone is the same.
Nguyen Hung Minh I think people are saying the concept and sound are similar, KPOP fans can be finicky if it is something outside their bias's(We all know if a fan has a bias they see their own group doing nothing wrong and is perfection, look at some of the bias comments in here...not arguing, just stating a fact). Exid has been around since 2012 their style really hasn't changed to much but they hit it big with Up & Down because of a fancam showing some sexy pelvic thrusts, some people are inevitably going to say Exid is milking that image, thats the reality of KPOP and in a way they are milking it, although cleverly with the making fun of censorship part of this video....not hating on Exid, I did give it a thumbs up, but fear they will fall into the good but not great generic category of KPOP groups unless they bring out something different.....just one person opinion....

DaisKey Desu Sure. In Korea "ah yea" is used as a polite way of giving someone the signal that you're not interested. So in the beginning where it goes "Where do you live? Do you live alone?" EXID are saying "ah yea" basically hoping for the guy to stop asking them questions. It's a very empowering song about not looking at females as just objects. Hope that helped!
