      @@lenab1450 the cheese is enough to bind..but you can make a white sauce..bechamel..add the cheese then mix in the macaroni. You don't have to mix the 1st cheese in the hot macaroni..just mix into the sauce and then top off with the rest of cheese.

    Why u didn't season the chicken before cooking it with the calaloo tho?

    • @CookingWithRia

      Not necessary! Lots of flavor there already. Using the chicken to make a stock essentially.

    Ria I have learn an love your cooking styles for a long time but I must be honest don't use the word Traditional if things are not cook that way, yes I seen the writing why you use chicken foot and back but it was not voice, this is done your way even the Chicken.

    • @CookingWithRia
      @CookingWithRia  2 роки тому +1

      Thanks for your comment and support over the years. While cooking styles may vary by cook and family tradition, the overall concept is the same. There is no precise recipe for each dish. We are all different and each household will have their own variation and a few ingredients were changed because of availability/personal preferences and I have noted why. With all due respect, because your ‘traditional’ is different doesn’t make mine wrong. This is what I know a traditional Sunday lunch to be. 😀

    • @Cqueensoaps
      @Cqueensoaps 2 роки тому

      Agree to disagreed Ria Traditional dishes don't change we all may put a different flavor or spin on things ,an I never said you're way was or is wrong again thanks for your response.
