I have been weighing in everyday and it's certainly very gradual, but definitely progress, probably only a pound weight loss, reduced BMI & Body fat % but I have been building muscle and still not the best diet yet...going to italy this week so upon my return I will be interest in seeing the difference!
I really like the non-haul videos🥰 you're probably my favourite youtuber but i find the hauls a bit samey. In a climate when people's disposable income is taking a hit, it would be nice to see more vlog style 😊 instead of all shopping. Just my thoughts though absolutely love you! ❤

I used to wear makeup a lot about 2 years ago but not really worn it and now feel like even a tinted moisturiser is alot on my face and when I do my makeup it always looks so bad 🤦🏼♀️ taken note of the products you use and will be getting them or similar xx
Loving the video freya if your enjoying gel polish nails try the kirsty meakin range you only need 2 coats with the colours as they are very pigment so get more for your money hun and really nice colours, also little tip for soaking off if you file the top coat off before soaking your gel polish will come off quicker also to save product if you soak a lint free pad with acetone and place it over your nail and wrap in foil on each finger will save how much acetone you will go through hun x

Also I would recommend you use a crystal nail file for shaping your nails, OPI and Leighton Denny to fabulous ones.

Hi Freya,,Does provoke shampoo dry your hair as ive been told it's a little drying on the hair,,as I know purple shampoo can do this as ive been wanting to try one out but my hair is been very dry and frizzy recently DKW as I take good care of it,,,and do you leave yours on for the recommended time,,,hair is lovely as always,,,have a good day

wow that is a lot of products you apply on your face Freya, but the finished result is beautiful. I rarely wear make up now a days...too many creases and sags to fill lol (Im 64 though). I do on special occasions but I just use the 6n1 Thin Lizzy in the powder, mascara and lippy. Less is more at my age, as too much make up on an older women makes them look like sheep dressed as lamb...not a good look lol. I only use purple toning shampoo on my hair about once a month as I find my hair goes a purply/grey otherwise. Awesome tips though. I have been on a weight loss journey for the past 2 years myself. Feel so much better having lost 5-6 stone. Still a couple more to go but I was morbidly obese but my last blood test came back perfect and I am not a diabetes risk anymore :)
Absolutely love watching your videos, loving the nails I've done my own for 15 years love a good gel polish but since having my daughter in 2020 im now allergic and can no longer have them done 😭 x

I use Superdrug own brand purple shampoo, it leaves my hair wonderfully soft 😊

honestly, nothing! It definitely isn't as neat as first day styling, but my hair is quite thick so holds a curl fairly well

I personally like it, but I do use oil on the ends which help, my virgin hair can get oily so drying isn't as much of a concern area for me.
