Also no lifting anything heavy - that was what they told me during discharge. Here in USA minimal mandatory rest is 6 weeks as advised by obgyn. I suggest 3 months, but 2 months will also be fine. It is so good to see Ravya excited to play with her baby brother! Hope you and Rohit can get a good night’s sleep. Please take care and take plenty of rest. In England not many people are allowed to visit especially its not good for mother and baby who can catch infection Baby is very vulnerable and Parul too who has just had operation. Flu and covid is still around.
