    Great presentation, so many African American traditions are being lost as the history underneath is not always understood or transferred to following generations. I always thought it was just a dance, but you unpacked some cultural pieces stemming from segregation and Jim Crow era policies.

    Boring, sad, it's such a rich subject to talk about, yet you somehow removed 99% of what makes it interesting
