Looks like CBS Digital added lights to when the ship stretches to warp speed. Back in those days it was impossible to keep the lights on & you'd notice right when it jumped to warp the lights woudl go out, but now they stay on through the entire warp jump. And they corrected where the Phaser emits from in the pilot. I hope they don't alter too much more than those insignificant little tidbits. I like my shows just as they were when broadcasted, just clearer in 1080p.
Originally, as the ship jumps to warp there was a cut from the tall model to a slit scan shot of the small one. That blinding flash is there to conceal the transition. CBS replaced the slit scan shot with cgi and corrected the missing lights on the warp nacelles. I think they did a great job.
