What are the preferred settings of your lamination machines in iPhone 11 to 12 Promax and
Note 9 to note 20 ultra

This is for out frame. We are still experimenting with in frame for S20 and above..
I just bought the magic mould 2 weeks ago, and it is fantastic... barely visible waves, and much faster operation. The only problem that it can not laminate the S20 ultra... at least for me... it failed 2 times to take out enough air from the 4 corners... so after autoclaveing there where still bubbles in at least 2 corners. so i had to use the ymj mould for the second try on them. for every other display it worked perfectly.
Why do waves apear ? I was refurbishing samsung s8 s8 plus and got many waves. Waves apear when removing glass with wire, soi tryied low temperature 70deg and still got waves.
Try using higher temperature in autoclave so u get rid of bubbles
@@branislavxxx7249 the waves come from the copper sheet behind the display... so any inperfections on the copper sheet appears as a wave on the display. i tried 75 deg in the autoclave and run it for 18 minutes in 7 bars... i did 3 runs and still in 1 corner there was a bigger bubble spot... it is only happening with the S20 ultra... S20+, S20 no problem... only the S20 ultra... driving me nuts!
Try the full OCA should leave better results

Hi Javi ... ask friend. Nowadays there is a Brand of OCA Mitsubichi that includes the glass, is it much better to buy the Glass with the goose? or is it better to buy everything separately?
Depends I prefer to buy seperate oca for curved glass. Flat glass will get with OCA
Would it be possible to use the red thick sponge mold for glass to screen repair instead of the black one.
what does the auto clave do? just a deep vacuum with heat?
It's similar pressure cooker. I am going to do an unboxing on comparison video on them soon

Yes it will but flat glass only no frames. Like xr or lower than 8 models

hey, what about flex cables that run down the back of the oled instead of the side? is there a space on the otherside of the mold? can it do s21?
No problem it does all oleds no issues. It's soft enough no need to have IC cutouts

Yes you can. We use full oca from same company

Yes, you have to buy some individual springs if you don’t have ymj base.

may i ask a question.I brought my fone for reglass and when the lamination was done there was still some bubbles left on the screen. I saw him fix my fone and he did not separate the oled screen from the case and went on laminating the fone with it. He tried to remove the bubble but was unsuccesful. I watched alot of utube vids and all of them did separate the screen from the case. Should i tell him to do the same when i go back for a back job?

How to buy
Does the mold comes with pins?
You need to ask for them if need. These designed for the base mold
Personally I didnt have a toothpick but what I did have was a mechanical pencil so I carefully poked around and cleared the blockage in my port with the lead if anyone tries this as well MAKE SURE TO HAVE MORE LEAD OUT OF THE PENCIL THAN THE LENGTH OF THE HEAD OF YOUR RESPECTED KIND OF CHARGER TIP

Why?
Autoclaves are like mini bombs. There has been a few of them have blown open. Must of been cheap quality autoclaves.
