@@santbr nope I failed in the discussion phase. The experience was informative and added allot of informations regarding the process. I’ll work on my weaknesses and try again for sure. Just take my advice in appearance look as good as you can and in mentality be your self don’t fake anything .
I just finished the 2nd step. I had a hard time uploading the video. 40 minutes have already passed, yet the upload percentage was stuck at 57%. Had to switch to my laptop to be able to finish my video recording the video assessment. The only downside is that it the video was only able to capture the upper half of my body.

I am in New Zealand and I applied two days ago and did my interview today wearing full suit, because Etihad doesn't do assessment days in NZ , I am sure it will be online for the english test and final interview
Well, people dont rly mind how they go to interview or to cv drop (lets say "some people") I saw many w very SHORT skirt, colourly outfit, jeans, brocoli hair, etc... Guys this is serious job and u need to show your respect to airline first of all. U are not going to trip or meet w friends. So pay attention to your appearance. I worked for QA before and now i work for another airline and trust me, they care how much u look formal, presentable and professional. Goodluck to you all.
Can you please make a video about what happens or what cabin crew do before a flight. Things like what happens in the briefing, what you do before passengers start to enter the plane, all those things. That will be really great
I just stumbled upon your video cause I was looking for some tips regarding my application at Etihad. I sent my application last July 25 and then they sent me an email regarding Video Assessment last September 25. Probably how many days does it take for them to reassess the video introduction? The video assessment is quite easy, introduction about yourself, height specifically, and work experience. Also, there's a question like what made you apply for the job and the main duties and responsibilities of a cabin crew. Good thing I reviewed a day before, cause I was thinking certain questions like situational would pop up. I do wish they would consider my application, cause im really excited to wear the company uniform.

One more thing, I would like a convincing answer to this question, so how do I answer it in the interview: "What are you doing at the moment? (workwise)" Should I say that I'm working (as I am working at the moment) or say that I'm not working but actively applying for flight attendant jobs? This is because on the assessment day of Qatar Airways, I was asked that question and I felt stuck and froze. I would really appreciate a great answer for the question and if you could make a video of all the possible interview questions and how we should answer them.

They asked me to redo the Introduction Video that had already been approved in March, but this time it was rejected. Now I’m waiting for their guidance to sort things out. I’m sad because I spent months waiting for Etihad’s response.

Hi there! Hey, Alex. I'm from Pakistan, and in March 2024, I applied for a job as a cabin crew member while I was employed in Oman. In May 2024, I gave an online virtual exam. On my Etihad candidate ID, I later received a dynamic offer letter. nonetheless, I relocated back to Pakistan during this process, changing my present city to that country as well. I also learned that they don't hire any Pakistanis from a few former Etihad employees. I'm still not sure if that is accurate, though. Kindly make this explicit.

Open days are for CV drop and group activities. Only the people who passed the CV drop and all the group activities (usually 2 group activities). Will be invited for a personal interview the day after.

They will contact you probably after 2 or 3 months giving you some feedback if you are eliminated or continue in the process.
