Functional medicine for everyday people around the world.
I’ve read it published study. Yes, definitely the fibers are not increasing the diversity. Fermented foods are increasing the diversity. Now I’m going to eat my kimchi. I already drank my kefir and yogurt,
I have SIBO and inulin and other pre biotic makes me very sick which now has turned into a "leaky gut" large intestine. What helps my small intestine hurts my large intestine and vice versa. My long covid caused it all.
A lot of people are quite disrespectful to Dr Gundry. Not everything has been medically studied! Doing my own tests with probiotic supplements really turned my health around.
What strains and strength?
