  • In this episode, Dr. Will Cole is joined once again by cardiologist, heart surgeon, medical researcher, author, and good friend, Dr. Steven Gundry. With the recent release of his newest book, Gut Check: Unleash the Power of Your Microbiome to Reverse Disease and Transform Your Mental, Physical, and Emotional Health, Dr. Gundry offers his definitive guide to the gut microbiome and its control over its home, us. By sharing the emerging science on the microbiome, we can understand that Hippocrates was right - all disease does begin in the gut. From more mainstream topics such as bacterial diversity, prebiotics vs. probiotics vs. postbiotics, and top gut-healing food medicines, to debunking myths on lesser known topics such as fecal transplants, saturated fats, endotoxemia, and xenobiotics, this episode will teach you exactly how to heal your gut to prevent, and even reverse, every type of disease. I have SIBO and inulin and other pre biotic makes me very sick which now has turned into a "leaky gut" large intestine. What helps my small intestine hurts my large intestine and vice versa. My long covid caused it all.

A lot of people are quite disrespectful to Dr Gundry. Not everything has been medically studied! Doing my own tests with probiotic supplements really turned my health around.
