The flag and family scenes are definitely aimed at Upchurch
Some POS named Upchurch tried to start a rap fight with Tom by making a rap song and dropped Tom’s name and said he doesn’t write his own stuff and that his numbers aren’t as good as he thinks and that he was doing it long before Tom was but in reality Upchurch was trying to revive his music by dropping Tom’s name and wanting to rap battle Tom. Tom of course ignored the punk and everyone was saying Tom was afraid because he didn’t react but here is his reaction to everyone.

He was mostly addressing Ryan Upchurch. He put out a weak diss track naming Tom, and when Tom didn't respond he put out another one. He's pretty big in the country rap scene, but he's not my cup of tea.

And your second question a good portion of this is a response to Upchurch. I don't think upchurch is in a good place mentally (based on the fact that in one of his ranting videos he said how he rigged his house with hD cameras everywhere with audio and video and would only invite people over to his house and then record them without telling them basically to use as leverage for later for the last 7 years, and that doesn't sound like a stable person to me) to be honest I think Tom knows that, tom actually has morals, values and a heart. Upchurch came at not only tom but all HOG, he went after anyone who dare not jump on the bandwagon with him, you put out a bunch of videos, picking people apart, he attempted to make it seem he wanted a battle with Tom because "for the art of Hip Hop" which was a huge lie.
And honestly Tom gets so much hate it's ridiculous. Tom said there were several reasons for the song, including the amount of heat that has been aimed at not only tom but HOG this year has been crazy. He said this in his live stream " you can f****** hate on me all you want but you're not going to f****** hate on the people that changed my life, you're not going to hate on the people that saved me, you're not going to hate on Hangover game, you just f****** not.
