I do not have all design / technical details associated with Maestro DMX so out of respect for them I won’t provide a detailed comparison list until that information is public. However, generally speaking, we designed the Force 1.0 specifically for DJ use. All specs and functionality were developed to fulfill the needs of working DJs at weddings, clubs, and other gigs. Until all details are public please view the demos, if you haven’t done so already, and that’ll give you a solid overview of the capabilities: ua-cam.com/play/PLpyBPlVH0SXiaZXvCOBXCWnwWUZOBgoGU.html
One other note: we have seen misinformation posted about the capabilities of the Force 1.0 on some social media platforms. Just to clarify a couple: 1. There are no limitations on DMX channel use/assignments 2. ANY DMX fixture can be used. You can create DMX profiles for any fixture via our MAC or PC based app. You can then create up to 10 custom DMX Universe profiles which can all be saved off to the Force 1.0 and recalled at any time.
Retail price is $999 but those in the front of the reservation list, that receive units from our first production run, will get an early adopter price of $899. Reservation list sales will be opening up before the end of the week.
@huy9865 We offered a free setup for those who purchased from our first production run. Moving forward into our upcoming second production run, the upgrades being added to our application will make setup simple. We likely won’t include a free setup offer as part of the purchase but we will always offer support.
Oh man, That is slick!
What is the key difference on AI capabilities between this and the Maestro dmx light? Ignoring the screen and buttons
