Same. My dad watched it as a kid and he showed it to me when I was little. I still love it to this day, along with Chicken Run, Flushed Away and any other stop-motion movies
I still remember watching The Wrong Trousers in elementary school. Stop motion animation was glorious and the toy train scene in particular was a huge riot, I would've watched it in a loop! Wallace and Gromit really made my day with their wacky adventures (and mishaps)! 🤣
See also: - The "nuts and bolts" compartment label sparing Wallace's modesty in the first Npower boiler advert - Victor's displayed buttocks in Curse Of The Were-Rabbit eliciting cries of "BEWARE THE MOON!"
for me its the walking wardrobe in "the wrong trowsers" set just before the train chase and after the diamond heist. "where are we going, I can't see a thing."
One of My Favourite Scenes from Curse of the Were-Rabbit PC Mackintosh: "If you ask me, This was arson" 😕 Townsfolk: "Arson? Arson?" 🤔🤨 PC: Mackintosh: "Aye! Someone "Arsin' around!" 😆
We first saw them here in the States in 1989. Hubby and I have been fans from the beginning. Our son was born the year "A Close Shave" came out, and whenever he was sick the three W & G videos were run nonstop.
10:24 - I watched it yesterday Absolutely EPIC! 😊 👏 👏 I remember The Wrong Trousers (1996) 👖 very well! And this return of Feathers Mcgraw is sensational!
I introduced Wallace and Gromit to everyone I knew in the US. I couldn’t wait to watch them with my own children. Perfect way to spend time with my family❤️❤️
There's also the unforgettable meme from "Curse of the Were-Rabbit" with the villagers having a moment of sorrow. *Reverend:* YEEEAAAH! On with the show!
My favourite scene is in A Grand Day Out when the rocket is taking off and the rats watching put on sunglasses because the flames from the rocket are so bright
Totty: “Anti-Pesto are humane.” Victor: “Humane? Well then perhaps they’d be humane enough to give me back my dignity! I want toupee please.” Wallace: “Oh Grand, we take check or cash.” Victor: “Toupee you idiot! My hair is in your machine.”
Wallace and Gromit were my entire childhood. I love Nick Park's animation, and I have fond memories of sitting down to watch it at Christmas time.
Watching the new one tomorrow?
@@KayBandy Shaun made his dabue with them!
Check out their cat nightclub video from 1987 for Nina Simone. Still looks good today.

“I’m in bread, myself!” 😂😂😂
How did I not see through that as a kid?!!!

"Victor's never been interested in my produce"
(Melons in front of her... melons)
These are the most British animated characters I’ve ever seen
Peak British comedy
Mind the table Gromit!
The end of Close Shave is a personal favorite: "Duck!" "Where?" then Sean does that "Baaa!" and it cuts to the final scene.
for me its the walking wardrobe in "the wrong trowsers" set just before the train chase and after the diamond heist. "where are we going, I can't see a thing."
Oh my goodness, it'll ruin the woodwork!
"We've forgotten the crack!"
It’s “crackers”

Great franchise. (Gromit is so cute)
9:38 That penguin has killed before
Yes very funny moments
My favorite is Wallace and Gromit were rabbit movie and their old series and their old movies
*"BEWARE THE MOON"*
6:10 - 6:13 No they don’t. You should say “supposedly give way.”
The big girl bunnys sexy dance done by Gromit😅
Beware the Moon!
To be honest, I never saw the bomb thing as funny.
The voiceover is a parody of the ITV countdown programmes.
Chicken Run was Aardman's first feature film, not Curse of the Wererabbit.
What happened to fluffles?
What about Cracking Contraptions?
That deserves it's own list!
