The Pearl Island in Doha, Qatar, is an artificial island with an area of nearly 4 square kilometers.
Residential development on the island is intended to incorporate various national and international themes, including aspects of Arabic, Mediterranean, and European culture. The Pearl Island is divided into 12 districts, each of which has a distinct architectural style.
Porto Arabia is the first district that was completed when the pearl Qatar project was taken in hand.
The Pearl's primary marina, with 891 slots for yachts, sailboats, and other watercraft, is located in Porto Arabia. The beachfront La Croisette, a gorgeous 2.5 km boardwalk surrounded by upscale stores and restaurants, serves as the district's principal street.
